Overall food quality was good, with prompt service. Beggar chicken exceeded our expectations with the melty meat. The experience would have been better if the music was not so loud.

A very disappointing meal and not worth at all. We ordered their recommended dishes, dragon skin (eel), house salad, dim sum symphony, Australia waygu, and two desserts - or nee and hashima in coconut shell. Their dim sum does not taste fresh. Australia wagyu does not worth that $40+ they charged, salty and oily. The only dish that we are impressed with is the hashima with almond soup in coconut shell, light and very fragrant.

Food ok but the sesame chicken not up to usual standard. Not as crispy as the previous time we went at cny 2018. We had to ask several times for refill of tea; not auto.

Good ambience mediocre food. Not many people even during lunch time on weekends. That explains why. The food quality needs to be improved a lot.

Good food but over-priced. Beggar Chicken and VLV Peking Duck is probably the best. Overall happy with the ambience and the look of the dishes. Pretty.

The food is really unique! The dishes have been creatively reinvented by the chef to have a mix of traditional & modern flavours. Service was fantastic as well. Definitely worth the visit!

We loved the VLV Peking duck which came with truffle spread, crispy beancurd and avocado so greater texture overall. A big thumbs up for the fact that the waitress trimmed off the fat beneath the duck skin before serving them to us. The crispy pork belly and beef cubes were good too. The fried romaine with dried shrimp was unfortunately bland and beef horfun a tad sweet. The chilli crab bun wad interesting though reminds me of mashed at An brand tuna. Duck cone was innovative if a little greasy. Service and presentation were good throughout. The waitress prepared the cake we brought cake in a dry ice setting which was a nice touch. In- laws preferred a brighter ambience but I thought it would be nice if just hubby and I could return and sit amongst the fluffy cushion seats another time.

Enjoy the food, thanks for the birthday surprise. The only thing is to ensure every staff has product knowledge, know the taste of the food so they can recommend the food to diner. Thanks to one of the staff finally come to our table recommending poach ocean fish.
