Good selection of tapas, nice wine and great services. Good ambiance. Down point is having to pay for bread when order tapas dishes.

Food and service are generally good. However, the place can be noisy, especially if there are groups celebrating birthdays, etc. Price - not overly expensive. The low rating? - we could barely hear ourselves over the din from a very noisy group. The management didn't do much about it, and barely apologised to us. And no one bothered to offer to make up for the clearly unbeatable experience on the night

The tapas there were all very good. It would be even better if there are more choices on the menu. Tables were a bit on the small size as space is limited.

Great value set lunch. Tapas were creative and deliciously executed! Service was prompt and warm. A rarity with a high occupancy restaurant with a tight service crew.

Great authentic food and top notch service! Celebrating a 30th birthday party there. They gave us our own room without me requesting it. Very good atmosphere and ideal for our occasion. Highly recommend this restaurant to those who have visited Spain and want to experience Spanish authentic cuisine again.

The food was good, well-priced, arrived promptly. The service was attentive, careful, friendly. Portion size was good for 1 or 2. Will definitely go again, and will try out the lunch specials which seem like a terrific value-for-money! We were a bit unlucky though. A large group sat in the "private" area next to us, but as it didn't have walls, we were overwhelmed by the noisy merrymaking which gradually became louder as the effects of alcohol settled in. Without that large group, the atmosphere would've been quiet, cozy and intimate enough for me and my wife.

Awesome food at La Taperia, the usual. It is one of my favorite Spanish restaurants in Singapore. Their service was fast and prompt as well.

Good food always. Tried the sangria for the first time and enjoyed it very much. Prices are still reasonable but customers may not tolerate if it goes up again

Central location, fantastic service and delicious food. Quality is high and you will pay for it. Setting is a little small and tight but overall a great experience worth trying!

Though there were 2 noisy birthday parties going on, service was still professional and attentive as always. Ordered our usual favorites viz suckling pig confit, squid ink paella, charcoal grilled beef, fried egg, etc. The quality of the food never disappoints.

Food was good. However, despite we made a booking, we had a very bad table. Make sure to avoid the one which is by the balcony door. Not only, the staff is in and out non stop to serve patrons which are having dinner on the balcony, so you have this unpleasant feel of warm coming from outside, but in addition you are almost having dinner with the table which is very close to yours which makes almost impossible to have a conversation with your partner. Dinner is not only about food it is also to enjoy the atmosphere and relax. It was a miss that night which is a shame. Now, we like the food and the staff is nice. So next time I book I will precise that this table is an absolute no.

Service staff was attentive and food was good. Will definitely go back for the Monkfish and Iberian pork. Monkfish portion of 1kg was a bit too much for 2 persons. Could have offered alternative servings. Overall, great dining experience. Would go back again.

A lovely evening with friends. Food was delicious and service was prompt and friendly. When we made the rsvn we were told we would be seated outside as the indoor tables were all occupied . I asked them to try to fit us inside if they could and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived that they had managed to seat us indoors.

We turned up 20 minutes earlier for our reservation and the restaurant still accommodated us. Unfortunately the first table/seats assigned to us is so close to the serving window that we were afraid my husband's long arms will eventually knock over any waiter with hot food. Being >1.8m, he had to "origami" his long legs... LOL. We expected better seats since we did the reservation more than a week in advanced and it is his birthday celebration after all. I guess the restaurant really wanted to please the larger crowd instead of couples (looking at its layout). The staff did eventually manage to find us a new table outdoor, thankfully it was a windy night. The food although slow to serve, is wonderful; especially the paella. Skip the desserts - we think it's ordinary at best.

They took note of my request to reserve the lamb tapas and had served it soon after we were seated. They took note of my comment that it was a Father's day lunch - and wished my husband "Happy Father's Day" Attentive service, GREAT food. Will be back again, for sure !

My go to place for Spanish tapas. Cozy seats inside, consistent quality of food and good service staff. Maybe serving Alion by the glass would be my wish!

My Girlfriend and I have decided this is by far one of the best Spanish place to go. It is reasonably priced and food does not disappoint. Other Spanish places I have tried are usually more expensive for similar quality.

Celebrated Father's Day here. Ambience was great - somehow quiet but with a good energy. Wonderful service too! Food was well-delievered but slightly overpriced. We absolutely loved the monkfish, pity that it is not a permanent fixture on the menu!

Nice and affordable set lunch at $35++ with great ambience and quality. No wonder the restaurant is almost at full house during lunch time. Pan seared duck liver was awesome. Sherried onion soup is rich in taste. Ocean trout was fresh. Flavorful and tender kurobuta pork. Churros was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Dark chocolate cake was a little heavy though. Comes with coffee, which you can order either cappuccino, latte or flat. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch.

I had an excellent lunch recently with a friend at La Taperia. We picked four items from the la carte menu as we wanted only tapas for lunch. We ordered a tomato salad ( lovely), seafood croquette ( so so I feel) , squid coated in crispy squid ink infused batter ( interesting and quite delicious), sizzling prawns ( very large sized prawns and fairly fresh), all eaten with some toasted bread. The portions were a big too much for the two of us but the dishes were fairly well done. I am impressed with the fact that they paced each dish so that the next dish is served only when we are done with the prior dish. We were well taken care of by a very helpful gentleman ( probably the manager) and his service staff. A very pleasant lunch indeed!
