This place is amazing, we’re transported to a time we were in Santorini last year. We loved the menu selection especially the mousaka, fyllo-wrapped feta, European seabass, pita with melizanosalata & tzatziki, greek octopus, kotopoulo souvlaki, among others. Everything’s just divine, tasty and sauces are made to perfection. Great place to have gathering with friends and family. Loved my time here.

The food was good but a little overpriced. It was alao very noisy and hard to have a conversation but the place looks pretty.

The set lunch is good value for money. Portion sizes aren't large but I guess with 3 courses and coffee it still works out well. Service wasn't the quickest though as I think they are understaffed.

Had the set lunch of fish carpaccio to start, the egg plant as my main and the Greek yogurt for dessert. Good value for money and the food was not too bad. Throw in a coffee and it was pretty reasonable. Very crowded compared to my previous visits so the staff were a little busy and it wasn’t easy to get their attention. Understandably so.

Nice ambience located close to office area. Good spot for a lunchtime hideout if you’re looking for tapas style food and have dollars to spare

The place looks different from the pictures online. Pictures online were bright however the actual place inside were dim. I chose to dine outside as inside the place felt cold. But because I sat outside, I have to get the waiter attention everytime I needed something or to order.

Good food but average service really. Cold/selective service which any amateur F&B crew can provide. No greetings or eye contact from restaurant manager, a smile will not hurt is what I can suggest.

Love the decor and ambience. Definitely a good place to bring a date. Good and attentive service. Food wise, some hits (lamb cutlets and fish) and misses but overall it was a pleasant night at Alati’s.

Lovely decor, great food & service. Grilled octopus was excellent, and the salt baked fish served at the table was very nice. Thank you for a very nice evening.

We have visited Alati several times but while the food is good the service leaves a lot to be desired with some staff not being able to answer questions regarding the menu and no one ever engaging in customer relations including speaking to us on departure - wishing a happy New Year would have been nice but not even a goodbye.

Went to Alati to have a belated birthday celebration for a friend. Absolutely superb food. Topped all the restaurants we’ve ever tried in Athens, Hydra, Santorini, Mykonos, Crete! No kidding. The meze options were so yummy. The must try is the tiger prawn stew with feta cheese. The salt baked fish is truly their speciality. Surprisingly tasty and still so moist. The team reserved some of their lunch time chocolate dessert for us on request (pretty last minute I might add) as it’s the birthday girl’s favourite. Fantastic service, lively and fun atmosphere. What more can one ask for. We will be returning and not in the too distant future!

Good food, good service, good ambiance. Waiters were helpful and attentive. Food quality is fresh and well cooked. Strangely enough, coffee took the longest to be served.

First time trying and it didn’t disappoint. The lamb was great and so was the phyllo cheese thing as the appetizer. Great service but make sure you reserve a place as the place was packed

Had lunch with a client. I like the atmosphere with the whitewashed walls and wooden furniture. Gives it a nice relaxed feel. Had the sardines to start and the octopus for the mains. Enjoyed both dishes. Service was very good. I was surprised that last orders were before 2pm though.

This is not the first time I have visited this restaurant, The food portion remains small which I don't really mind but the quality is not fantastic. The crowd is good which explains the long wait for the food , desert and coffee being served. the coffee came after my clients left and the serving staff doesn't even have the decorum to apologise and offer any mitigating gestures. Guess this will be the last time I will select this restaurant.

Great ambience for a business lunch. The salad and yogourt were great but the seasonal fish was very average. All said, it is still a good set lunch at a reasonable price.

Wifey and I were there for our Anniversary. The place reminded us of the cafes dotting the streets of Santorini. Food was excellent. Now I understood what the fuss is all about with langoustine. While it took a bit of effort to get to the flesh, it was delicate and sweet. IMHO, much better than lobster. Brought us back to the time we were in Greece 10 years ago. Will definitely be back for more.

Lunch with client. Nice pleasant atmosphere. Shared a grilled octopus and Cretan salad. The grilled octopus was excellent. The salad was so so. Had the chicken skewer as my main and I enjoyed that greatly. Good, efficient and pleasant service. Pricing is reasonable.

Truly the best Greek food around as most reviewers rate it. Had the fava, kalamari souvlaki, garides saganaki, octopus & spanakopita. These were the best dishes we had last night. Also worth mentioning was the fantastic bougatsa for dessert.

Lovely restaurant in Amoy street. The white décor - walls and furniture, paintings of local scenes in Greece, bottles of olive oil strategically placed on shelves, give you the impression you have been transported to that country. Service was excellent and attentive versus intrusive. Gave good advice on choice of wine and of course food delicious. Situated in a interesting part of town close to many other restaurants and bars
