As one of the most popular durian varieties, the D24 durian has a pale yellow flesh with a rich and creamy texture. Gula Melaka and coconut milk is also added to help blend the taste of durian and cream cheese together into one creamy delicacy! Laced with a light pungency from the D24 filling that delicately cuts through the full-bodied cream cheese, our Basque Burnt Cheesecake makes for an irresistible indulgence that strikes a balance between sweetness and tartness.
