Monti At 1-Pavilion

Great food, great views, great live music, great staff. All in all a great atmosphere and one of the best restaurants I've been to recently, even for a vegetarian.

Poor service and the food and wine was all delivered at different times during the meal. Not worth the money of a high end restaurant.

Quiet. Calm. Peaceful. Relaxed. Beautiful. Nice atmosphere. Great and perfect for special occasions. Well-trained staffs. Went for the weekend high tea. The food is slightly below my expectation.

The service is very good and the chef genuinely surprised and satisfied us with his food. Ambience is good too and we listened to live piano performance too

The service is good. The staff were pretty attentive food is so-so. The deserts weren't great and I had the cod which was a bit salty.

The food was not up to satisfaction. The ambience was great as there were no other customers, however it took forever to get the staff's attention.

Food quality is superb in every aspect. This includes the sushi where the rice was done with just the right consistency and vinegar. Service staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. And beef was of course good.

Good view and great ambience of the bay. service was impeccable and the staff are well trained to engage. Food is of high quality and price during lunch is reasonable for quality of food.

Initial service was average but it got better towards the end of the dinner. Food was great, ambience was nice, music was lovely. Wouldn’t mind heading back again.

Good service - the staff really know their wine! Great ambience right next to the edge of the marina bay overlooking the skyline. Yummy food too especially the rib eye.

Great ambience as we are facing the water. Recommend for bringing your date during special occasion. Food is great but it is also pretty expensive.

Lead host/server only selectively greeted and served patrons of the restaurant. Food was average (my steak had too much salt; and was significantly under cooked based on my requested doness). The views and venue are nice; if new management takes over with a new customer focus I'd consider returning.

Service & View were immaculate, just that it was too hot that day and there were no shade walking to the restaurant from Raffles Place for lunch, so I got really sweaty. Would recommend going for dinner but not lunch.

Was there for lunch. Service was good. Food quality as well. Overall no complaints except that the premise was a little too hot. Would be good if aircon stronger.

Staff were very friendly and care for us! Food and wine selections were excellent. Of course one of the best location of harbor view. Family really enjoyed dinner tonight.

Mediocre food. Great ambience and excellent service! We went there for lunch and it was quite hot to sit facing the sea. The host let us moved to the lounge area which is cozy and we liked it!

Total disappointment! Food and service were very bad! Not worth the money and adventure unless you are seeking for good view. Will not go back again

Services was good at Monti At 1-Pavilion. Just that I saw there was a lunch promote for the lunch set menu at S$30++ when I made the reservation but I was charged full price for the lunch!!!

Lamb rank was good. Carpaccio and Risotto were too salty. Swordfish and prime ribs were average. Cigar dessert was overrated, and frankly quite bland. Other desserts were ok

Good service and great ambience. Live jazz band was great. Food was fantastic. Good hangout for a night out. The window seat was over-rated though. Not that great a view of Marina Bay at night

Ordered an appetizer (Smoked Swordfish Carparccio), soup of the day (mushroom soup) and 2 mains (today's special: beef and black ink angel hair pasta). We had decided not to order dessert as their offerings were quite limited. Swordfish caparccio is thinly sliced, pretty tasty. Soup was great, done in the style i like. Beef is superb, though we find it too cooked for a medium rare, the meat is very tender and soft. Pasta will be great for those who like the taste of squid ink and not too heavy. We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant prepared a slice of cake to celebrate my fiance's birthday. I had indicated in my reservation to reserve a window seat as I'm celebrating a birthday. The cake doesnt seem to be anything from the menu and tastes really good! We decided to have a drink and stayed on for their live jazz band which were really great too! The atmosphere changed from intimate dining to a jazz bar from evening to night. Overall, its a great experience dining at Monti and prices are not as steep as I initially thought. Only downside is they seemed to be understaffed once the place is full and its so hard to get a service staff when you need them.

Took us awhile to find the right way to enter the restaurant as fullerton bay hotel was undergoing renovations at that time and it was raining quite heavily. More signages along the construction boards will better show the way to the entrance.

Service is pretty good. Food quality is excellent. Dishes were served too quickly - the waitress should wait for 5-10 minutes between appetizers, main courses and desserts.

Had the superfood salad and a risoto, both tasty. The ambiance is nice, although the restaurant was a bit empty. Nice live jazz music. Staff very attentive.

Poor waiting at table, had to request for water top up a few times. Were seated very close to next table though restaurant was not very full. Food is just average. View is great though. Won' t go back again.

Promo 2 for 60$ is not worth it Foods are very so-so 6 of us spend $480 180++ for food D rest for water, 5cup of coffee n half bottle red wine -- overcharged Waiters are helpful though

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Unfortunately food was just not up to it. Will recommend for a simple evening drink, will not recommend for a proper Italian meal.

The restaurant was empty yet we were unfortunately seated at a corner before having to ask for a change. The coffee martini was yummy and the red house pour was great. The buratta could have been dressed up better and it was a little dry. The lamb and ravioli was alright but the dessert was fabulous.

Ambience and food was good. Nice lunch set and good service. Some stafff were busy moving table around us though, preparing for some event, so little disturbing.

Took the Quandoo set lunch promotion, honestly it was disappointing, although the presentation was very good, the food was generally too salty, both the duck confit and the wagyu beef mains.

Location and service are both great but lunch menu was not sophisticated enough given the environment. Portions of set menu were too small as well.

The service was very very poor, the waiter didn't understand me when I asked for a beer and a glass of wine even after coming to the table several times. In the end the manager had to take the order. They had also run out of several dishes. For this standard of restaurant I expect better. Then I'll came and I asked for service charge to be removed.

Ambience is nice. Food is nice. But sad to say that service is not there. Service staff will need to be more dedicated and choice of words and ways approaching diners for coffee or tea are so not professional. Example: ways of serving napkin - did not open up the napkin and just literally lay it on our lap.

60$ course menu for 2 at lunch. That was the appealing offer. In reality, food was tiny, not good. The chocolate dessert was almost insulting feeling they put the crumbs of cereals chocolate flavor from the end of a box or something. Never again.

Good Value, the ambience was great. Food choices are good, great place to meet up with friends. I will recommend it to friends. One of our friends is a vegetarian and the chef was kind enough to make her a special vegetarian dish that was excellent. Thanks!!

Ambience and marina bay view was quite nice! It was great to try quandoo special lunch set reasonably. The food was good but one of the dessert was a bit weird named chocolate solid..

The food was and service could be improved. Would not be going back. Staff unaware and not very interested, we sent back some dishes hardly eaten and nothing was asked. Very poor experience.

Decent service, good food and reasonable price. Some staff were more tentative, but the more experienced one was good at anticipating needs and making constructive recommendations.

Great food and ambiance. We had the a great 3couse set lunch. The iberico was very tasty. The view was lovely. We will return again but probably in the evening.

Special lunch menu for 2 was disappointing in quantity and quality. Restaurant interior jaded and not upgraded post-Catalunya. Saving grace was the marvellous Bay views.

Indequate air conditioning , marring the overall dining experience. Friendly service n ok food. Rather stingy on the wine (by the glass) despite the high prices.

One of the worst value-for-money in the CBD (even after discount!). Food was nothing to be amazed at and in micro portion. Only the violet dessert was good. The rest was nothing exceptional. But what was worse was the service. The waitress made 4 mistakes on the appetizer for a table of 2! To a point where manager had to offer us an additional glass of wine (Chianti) for waiting so long. Unfortunately its one of the worst wine I drink in a restaurant in Singapore in 7 years and it is priced at 22$++ per glass. I really miss the cook/service which used to be at the pavillon: Catalunya, this used to be top notch! Hope this new place Monti close soon.

Good music, but it is too loud to have a nice conversation while dining. The food is good, but it is overpriced in our opinion.

I was not pleased with the restaurant at all. Made an online reservation with special request to include message on dessert. Called an hour before my reservation to confirm my special request was taken note of. The staff who answered my call acknowledged my request but when the dessert came, there was no surprise message. Staff were relatively young and lack knowledge of menu. Apart from that, great ambience. Great view. Had 2 specials, food was ok. Restaurant service and staff can be improved, especially menu knowledge and clearing of table (to remove bits/crumbs or tissue) Overall, would not go back again.

Service was poor (may be due to understaffing), food took a long time to arrive and was not particularly good. Further, they ran out of ingredients for their lunch time set, which is not really acceptable for the level of dining that they are marketing themselves as. in the middle of lunch, there was a loud crash of broken plates from the end of the dining room. Maybe there is also a lack of training of staff as they seemed quite inexperienced. Half empty for a weekend lunch.
