More about Lantern, Singapore

Looking out onto the 1933 Clifford Pier which was known by locals as the ‘red lantern pier’, which Lantern Rooftop Bar derives its name from, this Raffles Place venue is the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon by the poolside, some after work drinks, or a night spent getting down to chilled out house music. At lunchtime, tuck into a bun, wrap, salad or pizza slab, or head on over in the evening for an elegant meal. We recommend going for the Lantern Lux Seafood (Half a dozen freshly-shucked seasonal oysters with lemon, mignonette & tabasco, butter poached lobster roll, with mayo and truffle fries and Singapore chilli crab with crispy mantou and oriental herbs).

After dining, unwind while taking in the stunning views with some handcrafted cocktails whipped up by the team of mixologists, like the Imperial Berry Mojito (rum, berries, mint and champagne) or the sunset soiree (vodka, cane syrup, peach liqueur, orange juice and strawberry). You’ll find Lantern Rooftop Bar on the top floor of The Fullerton Bay Hotel on Collyer Quay – avoid disappointment by booking a table ahead of time.

On the roof of The Fullerton Bay Hotel, up on the 7th floor, this restaurant and bar is the perfect location to take in the sights of Singapore. A superb spot, with tasty food and first rate service. We will certainly return.

It took more than 10 min to get a check. Staffs were chatting at the bar counter... view & drinks were nice!

While The Lantern Rooftop Bar is a very nice spot, the service was unfortunately not up to the standard of the Fullerton Bay Hotel. In addition, the management should take better care of the place, there where dried out flowers on the table, the seat cushions have been filthy . . . . what a shame!

Great view and atmosphere. Food was so so thought and portions was small. And price was on the high side. For a place with outdoor seating they are quite poorly equipped. My chair was wet from and the staff didn’t check before seating us. I had to ask for the cushion to be changed to a dry one and they didn’t had enough to go round. I felt i paid for the view than the food or service

absolutely awesome night! our 'Petite Valentine' could not have been better! fantastic view, excellent service, great food and drink - and to top it off: a rose for the lady, and a framed picture for us to remember a 5-star night!!

Ambience and service is good but the food is basic. Please improve on the food selection and quality. My guests are late and nobody calls me to inform that they will be releasing our table. I have re-confirm twice during the day. Please improve on this.

Love the setting and the vibe although the music gone a little clubby for such a low key place - some elegant jazz would suit the ambience far better - food and service good if rather pricey but then you're paying by for the awesome view

The Korean staff was very kind. I spend nice time with my friends thank you so much. I am both satisfied with the food and the place. It is a very good place.
