Great Food ! Fantastic service We Loved the home special dish - the Singaporean Red Curry Crab - in one word i’d Say - super celebration

Chose the restaurant with expectation as saw some good reviews. Our experience turns out to be very average. Have tasted better chilli crab but to be fair, at restaurants more well known and therefore more pricy. However, very clean and welcoming set up and service very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic food, good vibe and our pepper crab as good as Lonely Planet said it would be. The street number could be more prominent - took us a while to find after taxi dropped us. Would dine again anytime.

We had the chilly crab, prawn fried rice with some fried and steam mantou. Love the chilly crabs as it remind me of the taste I used to have when I was little (can hardly find it now) and it fresh. Would recommend this place to others.

Have a great thing. Think it is best and good if they can provide apron for customer who are having crabs Overall is very good

ordered 2 crabs, the one for bee hoon was great, but the crab for chilli sauce didn’t taste fresh, the meat is very soft...never experience this before

The manger and team was really professional and attentive. The de-shelling service is amazing, highly recommend. We really enjoyed the butter crab and peppercorn crab. Definitely will go back again soon.

A very good moment in Chinatown 2 advices: Take the red curry Crab with spicy fried rice and don’t wear white clothes. It’s a war against crabs but it worth it.

Best meal we had in Singapore. Chilli Crab and sambal rice. Make sure to make a reservation as they weren’t taking any walk ins. Get som bins for sopping up the sauce!

Great crab and manitou. Expensive bottled beer. No Quandoo discount on crab was available despite being offered ie $40 instead of listed $55 per crab price. Nice ambiance and decor

Loved this place! Both chili crab and their own black pepper crab were great and the service was fast too. A small clean restaurant in chinatown that’s not a tourist trap.

Amazing flavours packed into the black pepper crab. Garlic king prawns and crayfish in butter sauce also excellent. Lovely atmosphere with fabulous service too. 10/10!

Crab was so nice. I really like the service here. It’s a quite and enjoyable restaurant. We booked a table just 1 hour ahead of time. It was not crowded.

Excellent service and quality food which lives up to Momma Kong's high reputation. We flew all the way back from Mauritius to taste the best Red Chilli Crab in town. A must stop place if one is in Singapore. Staff were lovely as usual. Keep it up!

dishes was really nice and tasty and the ambience is good. Portion is unlike the normal zichar place so it is very suitable for 2~4 pax. Good place for couples who like to eat seafood. Only rehret is the desert, which may need some improvement.

Great restaurant with good prices and amazing location! The crab was perfectly cooked whereas at many other places it is over cooked. The chilly sauce was slightly mild but amazing and the mantou were very excellent (both steamed and fried).

Chilli crab sauce is too diluted and not fragrants at all. Based on the price list I will not think is value for money. Service wise still consider ok.

Great experience.. Good service, we were celebrating my gf's birthday over there.. They brought in the cake(we bought it from elsewhere) with candle set and lighter ready.. They also change the background music to 'Happy Birthday' a well thought process by the staff.. Really appreciated.. Food was delicious.. My second time here.. Never failed our taste buds and craving for crabs.. *thumbs up*

Cosy restaurant serving one of best chilli and bee hoon crabs in Singapore. Must order the crispy spam chips. However, the vegetable were rather pricey.

Ordered the set menu for 4 with Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab. The sauce of the crab was a little twist from the normal chilli crab you normally eat, its more eggy and with a slight tinge of zest. The service was good except that the crab was not too fresh, meat was not supple. Overall still a great experience with Momma Kong.

Great food and good service! Took their signature dish the spicy chilli crab and it was really delicious. Pricing for the food was ok. So I will come back to try the other crab dishes.

The service was good and the food tasty although the chilli sauce tasted decidedly comercial. For this reason, not sure if it is “the best” crab experience in Singapore. We need to do more research!

The chilli crab is authentic, and the price is reasonable. Since the chilli crab is so good, I wont mind paying more for a bigger crab.

The chili crab is absolutely delicious. If you are in Singapore this is the place not to be missed for a traditional dinner aroun Chinatown.

There were not so many people in the noon. Make a reservation and get a 20% off discount. I prefer the black pepper crabs rather than the chilli crabs.
