This is my third visit in about 4 months and the food is still as good but I think it's time to change the set lunch menu! I'm getting a bit sick of seafood stick and beef goulash! Great service as usual no doubt!

Our group of 5 had a wonderful first time experience & you can bet it's not going to be the last. Pleasant deco & atmosphere with a hint of opulence that's not intimidating. Serving crews were attentive but not intrusive which is a balance you seldom see these days. Food & pastries as expected is typical European but nicely presented.

Food great, staff friendly but still need some improvements. Will for sure come back and recommend to friends. Only authentic schnitzels in Singapore so far.

Ambience was nice and service was good. The food was passable but below my expectations after reading the good reviews. We had the schitnzel, beef goulash, roast pork & seafood soup. In the menu, the seafood menu was under the main course and priced at $44. We expected it to be of a decent portion but sadly, it came in a small pot with 3 pieces of mussels, 2 small prawns and a few pieces of fish. It was very bland and way overpriced. Please don't ever order that! We each had a main course and also starters and desserts and some beer. In spite of so much food, we were probably only about 70% full (and we were an all female group), so the portions were really small. It was a nice experience dining in such a beautiful place with lush seats, but I don't think I will ever go again. Not even for special occasions.

I ordered roasted chix fm their set menu and was very disappointed by the quality and standard of food served. Even Rottiserie chicken taste better.

Very authentic and excellent Austrian cuisine presented in a beautiful and classy ambience with great service provided. If you enjoy classic European dishes, and are looking for an extraordinary lunch/dining experience at very fair prices, the "Kaiserhaus" is definitively to be considered. It's located right above the historic Capitol theatre and offers besides traditional Austrian, Czech, Hungarian and Tyrolean dishes also excellent beverage choices from Austria (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The set lunch menu offered during the weekdays is an especially good deal, but the sharing platters for two are also recommended. Finally, don't miss the excellent cake and dessert selection plus the fantastic Meinl coffee from Vienna. Yummy!

It was a great experience for our guest, Barbara, from Vienna. The food is great. Very similar to Vienna standard. However, the space/location is a bit small at Capitol Piazza.

Lovely food. Service was fantastic and attentive. Portions are big and hearty. There was a man playing the accordion and the atmosphere was very Europe and wonderful!!

There was a nice atmosphere, with reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and courteous. The high tea set was delicious and you get to choose a cake from the pastry.

the Tafelspitz for two was generous. The apple strudel was a good sized portion and full o fruit but lacking in buttery flakiness. The beer choice got a thumbs up. The service is fair, I think they are trying hard but details like constantly bumping into my chair and serving food with their fingers on the rim of the pots were uncomfortable. For the location, above the Capitol Theatre, I give it a Good and I would go back.
