Delightful menu which reminds me of my holidays in Austria and Hungary. Food was good and the wines are enjoyable. Would certainly recommend one to try it
The ambience was really good. The quality of food was awesome. I had a Crispy Roast Pork, a set of 4 Rye Sandwiches, a Melange and an Emperor's Pancake with Vanilla Ice Cream. Really satisfying. A very good experience indeed. I would definitely visit again, and this time try their renowned high-tea.
Salads were fresh, and main courses taste authentic and well seasoned. Good ambience. Despite the number of staff available, service was however not as attentive as expected. Overall value for money.
great service and live accordian music, which created a really romantic atmosphere <3 had the meat dumplings and the emperor's set meal, both were really tasty!
We spent the whole afternoon there to have lunch then tea set. The ambient is good and service is great. Although we are there for about 5 hours, the service staffs promptly clear our table and top up our water.
Casual, yet clean and refined ambience. Service was really earnest and friendly! Interesting cuisine and servings are quite generous too :) certainly worth a visit
Though the Tafelspitz I chose was single-serve, there was actually a lot of it, and I took up about 2/3 of one table. It's not fancy per se--no fancy decorations or colourful sauces--but it's incredibly filling, and even though the ingredients are not by any means revered in the way foie gras and caviar are, the chef manages to make something delicious out of them that's luxurious yet comforting at the same time.
Good authentic food and service. The spinach Spatzle is different from the normal egg Spatzle which is interesting. Kaiserschmarrn is fantastic. Will come back again
1. Food Quality: It was excellent. We had the Veal Schnitzel with a portion of Gabelkraut to share. Everything about the course was perfect - the meat was tender enough, the potato was tasty and refreshing, the kraut was had just the right balance of sweet and sour. We also had 2 Hirterbier - one Pils and one Lager. 2. Service: Though they were shorthanded, the wait staff were all extremely polite and professional. 2 young ladies working there were extremely smiley - totally made our visit! 3. Ambience: Good; just that the (persistent) bell from the theatre can be quite annoying sometimes. Perhaps a seat further inside the restaurant would make it negligible 4. Price: Totally value for money! :)
Great food and service. Gd decor and ambience. WIll return again.:) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) )
We had the Tafelspitz and the Bohemian pork roast. Were super impressed by the quality of the food served, especially the Tafelspitz. The broth was simply delicious. Highly recommended!
Good food .. Good service .... In a still quiet place ... One for one main makes this a worth it experience ... Recommended place
great food, great service, great athmosphere...and very authentic. i can recommend for business as well as private events. just make sure you leave room for desert.
Very good and authentic Viennese food. Wait staffs were obliging but waited a while for the food to be served. Dessert was the best of all!
I have read reviews about this restaurant before making my first visit. I'm pretty impressed with the delicate service. The staffs at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. I have ordered a few dishes and I'm happy with the standard and quality of food. I would recommend you to try the seafood broth and the signature fried pork cutlet, schnitzel. For dessert, try the apple strudel. The vanilla sauce complements the dish perfectly. If you are keen on European cuisine, this place is worth the visit.
Love the restaurant, the food is great. Took my Wife for her birthday and it was really enjoyable. One of my favourites in Singapore, when you miss European food.
The restaurant atmosphere is very nice. The decorations very much make us feel like we are in europe. The servers were ok and courteous. Food were so-so
It's a great place for small groups of 4. Food portions are not small so it helps going as a group so that you can try more dishes. I can't say if it's authentic but myself and my dining companions agree that the food's good.
Food presentation was lovely and taste was really good. The European decor added to the experience. The variety of offering makes it ideal for a group of friends to spend a leisurely afternoon tasting from each other's plates.
Cozy place with nice food good service! Went for the afternoon tea set, quality and quantity of the food is just nice. Will go back to try other items on the menu.
Good Food, nice location. Only a little bit loud, since it is based in an arcade. Nevertheless after more than one year having a Wiener Schnitzel it was a great evening.
nice authentic Austrian food and reasonably priced. convenient location and service staff are attentive. too many choices to choose and the bread are to die for. will come back again.
Interesting food! Nice ambience, but could be more welcoming. Should try!
The food was authentic Austrian/Bohemian fare and tasted very good. Portion sizes are relatively large, so one can share their main with another. A wide range of wines from the region. Good service from staff as well.
Nice ambience but abit cramp; not much space movement between the tables. Ordered Kaiserhaus platter, seafood pot for 2 and roast potatoes, the food is so so only and expensive.
Love the food and ambience there, the portion is big, nice to share with a group of friends to enjoy varieties . Will go again 😊
Food was great ( the cakes were a tad too dry for me and my friend. service was okay. ambience of the place is nice
Nice food with pleasant ambience away from the bustle in the area. Had ordered the sissi set for 2 and it was delicious, would be even better if there could be a wider cake selection.
the restaurant is nice with classical design. food is good and portions are generous. the waitresses were friendly and gave good recommendations. will go back again.
its a great place with nice ambience. good service too however the food is a tad too salty in our opinion, except for the beef stew which is alright. overall, an ok experience
Best Austrian food I've had! Better than many restaurants in Europe. A must when in Singapore. Tasty cold beers. Great service. Brilliant. Thank you Chef
We were seated on the second level at the balcony side, nice ambience. Very good service and food was served promptly. The deep fried mushrooms were great! We had the beef broth and crispy pork which tasted pretty good as well. We haven't tried Austrian food before so it's quite a good experience overall :)
Kaiserhaus serves very authentic Austrian cuisine, and has a really nice ambiance to dine in. My family and I were very satisfied with the serving size and are impressed by the high standards of customer service. Well done!
Didn't accept printed mastercard-entertainer voucher. Insisted on having a serial number on an app. However, mastercard-entertainer vouchers are not app-based. The food was quite alright nevertheless.
The roast pork is nice and yummy. The desserts are also so yummy. I read the ratings are good hence I asked my friends to try this restaurant. My friends like the food too.
Good ambience and food. Convenient location. There's an underpass from City Hall to Capitol. Reasonably priced. Must try the apple strudel. The vanilla sauce is heavenly.
Nice ambience for a relaxing afternoon lunch. Food is of reasonable price and serving size. Staffs are friendly and ever ready to assist patrons with various queries and recommendation.
The foods n service are excellent. Ordered the Weiner Schnitzel n Tafespitz. Both were equally good. Top it all was the Dumpling Mozart, it was yummy.
The food is pretty good. I just wish the place was easier to find. It's a new building but it's pretty confusing. Firstly, note which wing it's in - the theatre side. Note you need to take the lift up to it on the second level. Look for the signs (look up also cause the signage can be on the side of the wall or balcony). Once you're there it's great! The soup is robust. The veal schnitzel was pretty good. I think I'll try the crispy pork the next time. I like the place, atmosphere is good. Service is good.
Very nice authentic and tasty food. The service was perfect. We had typical Austrian dishes which tasted exactly how they should, but also the fish pot was fantastic. Last but not least the beer is very good and if come before 8 you can enjoy it at reasonable price
