The food was lovely and delicious! The ambience was suitable for a family gathering or a date. What I was most impressed by was the service by the staff. They called to confirm my reservation and to inform me that the Entertainer App could not be used a day before the public holiday. During the service, they were very hospitable and attended to us with politeness! I will certainly patronise the place again!

Kaiserhaus had great music, with violinists setting the mood on the night of Valentine's Day. It had great ambience, food, service and drinks! The reservation was on time, the staff was friendly and the experience turned out to be fantastic!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Kaiserhaus. The setting was calm and quiet; it was a relaxing break from the crowds in the shopping centres and food courts.

Atmosphere was good, food was great. We had the Tafelspitz - broth was wonderful, but the beef ended up being kind of bland. The portions were huge, too. To the point where we were unable to finish it.

Enjoyed the new year lunch at Kaiserhaus. Excellent service from the staff and the wonderful food! Ordered the new year set which consist of the unique gourmet beef, a slice of Viennese chocolate cake and beer. Will return for the Hi-Tea.

Our experience was great! The amience is nice and quiet with its beautiful red chairs, marble tables, and elegant design. Delicious authentic Austrian cuisine at an affordable price. The service crew were polite and attentive which compliments the total experience.

The ambience is great with friendly staff and prompt service. The chicken sausage is good. The kipferl and nut swirl aren't to our liking thou as there is a strange aftertaste which I believe is the butter used. The raspberry truffle torte is moist and not overly sweet and the sandwiches are tasty. The Zaunerstollen would taste better if it's crispy/crunchy. The sachertorte is a tad too dry. Not sure if it's been in the fridge for some time. We will be back for the mains and not the high tea set.

Surprised to find this gem of a place. Don't think you can find Austrian food anywhere else. Though, the place feels grand at the Capitol, the price is not exhorbitant.

Had weekday lunch at Kaiserhaus & the restaurant is relatively packed but service was attentive & good still. The place has great ambience & food was quite good. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the Bohemian Meat Dumplings (European style) was. The Viennese Crispy Chicken was tender & well breaded but it would be even better if it was juicer. The Veal Schnitzel was well breaded & relatively tender but find it a little dry but otherwise acceptable still. It was a good experience overall!

Had the pork schnitzel and Viennese goulash. The accompanying bread dumplings were delicious. We were given a balcony seat and the view of the piazza below was great. Props to the friendly team for making my visit so enjoyable!

Delicious Austrian dishes with good portions. Service staff were attentive as well. Nice and rather quiet atmosphere, this restaurant closes late so it's good if you need to get dinner for late nights.

Great service, lovely ambience and authentic food! Really enjoyed the schnitzel and bohemian dumplings. Brought back memories of our visit to Vienna. The happy hour wines also paired rather nicely with the meal, which was a good deal since it includes a snack. The crispy mushrooms were a hit. The restaurant is also child friendly which is a nice bonus. We will be back.

Great place and very nice atmosphere. Food was just great so nothing to complain about. Staff could pay slightly more attention to their guest (were waiting for about 20 min. for the Dessert and needed to remind staff otherwise would have missed nice cakes)

Amazing beef consumme. Over food taste not impressive enough. Food presentation can be better. Food variety requires more attention. Service could be more intimate and less straining on efficiency.

Ambience was nice and service was good. The food was passable but below my expectations after reading the good reviews. We had the schitnzel, beef goulash, roast pork & seafood soup. In the menu, the seafood menu was under the main course and priced at $44. We expected it to be of a decent portion but sadly, it came in a small pot with 3 pieces of mussels, 2 small prawns and a few pieces of fish. It was very bland and way overpriced. Please don't ever order that! We each had a main course and also starters and desserts and some beer. In spite of so much food, we were probably only about 70% full (and we were an all female group), so the portions were really small. It was a nice experience dining in such a beautiful place with lush seats, but I don't think I will ever go again. Not even for special occasions.

I went there with my girlfriend on a Saturday for lunch. We tried the Gourmet Beef. The food and service were excellent. The pancake desert is excellent but the portions are bigger than usual. The restaurant was relatively quiet and ideal for conversation.

Very authentic and excellent Austrian cuisine presented in a beautiful and classy ambience with great service provided. If you enjoy classic European dishes, and are looking for an extraordinary lunch/dining experience at very fair prices, the "Kaiserhaus" is definitively to be considered. It's located right above the historic Capitol theatre and offers besides traditional Austrian, Czech, Hungarian and Tyrolean dishes also excellent beverage choices from Austria (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The set lunch menu offered during the weekdays is an especially good deal, but the sharing platters for two are also recommended. Finally, don't miss the excellent cake and dessert selection plus the fantastic Meinl coffee from Vienna. Yummy!

The food here is excellent, I had the Wiener Schnitzel from pork which was really thin, nicely breaded and tasty. This was served with a side of potato salad which was more sourish than what I had expected but still a nicely cooked bowl or potato salad. None of that undercooked potato salad you sometimes get elsewhere. My friend had the gourmet beef for 1 and she said that was the best beef broth she has had in quite a while. The broth was so nice she simply had to request for the broth she couldn't finish to be packed for her to bring home to enjoy further. Portions were definitely filling and we will be back for more!

This is my third time to Ksiserhsus. I simply love the plush yet relaxing ambiance sans the snobbery of some other high end restaurants. We so enjoyed the classy-cal piano music along with our delicious beef goulash with bread dumplings. We always end our meal with the outstanding Mozart dumplings. We also ordered a cappuccino and a latte which was better than what we had previously. Will definitely pop in again if just to pick up more of their delicious croissants.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful first time experience & you can bet it's not going to be the last. Pleasant deco & atmosphere with a hint of opulence that's not intimidating. Serving crews were attentive but not intrusive which is a balance you seldom see these days. Food & pastries as expected is typical European but nicely presented.

Loved the opulent ambience: very grand and plush decor aligned with its theme of a baroque palace. Food was rather ordinary though. Meat dishes (crispy chicken and pork schnitzel) was under seasoned and bordering on bland. Desserts and coffee were much better. Will come back for cakes and coffee rather than mains.
