Nice ambience and the food was great too! The staff were friendly and overall service was great. Eating like an emperor, gourmet beef main is recommended! The beef was so tender and the soup broth was so tasty!

Service was bad. Pastries were not nice. Only not-so-bad thing in the afternoon tea set was the latte, but not fantastic. First and last time.

Nice atmosphere with good food. Enjoyed the spread of Austrian dishes available. The beef was tender and juicy, and the soup was flavourful. Would return

The online booking was a breeze, even though my reservation was made at the 11th hour. Service was excellent, and the food was wonderful too.

The food was quite tasty and served very quickly, the service itself is however a bit slow. Also it was very cold in there) Would go back again!

Authentic food from the austrian-hungarian-german palate. Enjoyed especially the starters. Pork knuckles a but underwhelming compared to what I've had in Germany. Sausages were great. Sauerkraut too. Fried chicken while it had great batter was in the end too common dish. Desserts were terrific. Would be back again.

I think the only down side to the place is that the tea cups weren't that clean and they are noticeable. Nonetheless, the ambience and food was great. Definitely on the pricey side but still worth having a meal there.

The portion of food is rather generous & at reasonable prices. Nice ambience which is not too noisy. However, service is rather slow at times.

The service and food were excellent. The chocolate and cake was not too sweet and pastries were very fresh and airy. The rye bread could have been less hard though, but that could just be my preference...not a fan of rye

The service was nice and I totally love the decor of the restaurant. It made me feels like I was in the Austria. The menu was the same as well. Totally love the food and most importantly, the selection of beer and wine was splendid

Table was too small for the large plates. Felt abit cramped. Food was excellent as usual. Potato salad and sauerkraut could be much more sour. Horseradish was too mild

Second visit to the place. Overall, great service and great food. Would make an ideal restaurant to catch up with friends. Food options are quite varied and servings portions are big.

I love the food! Very authentic Austrian Cuisine! Best Wiener Schnitzel and Mozartkugel in town! Friendly staff. Nice location, it is a bit noisy though.

Excellent service. Food was ok - mains were competent but not outstanding; desserts sounded better than they tasted. Happy hour very worthwhile. Good if you want to try something different.

Had Sissi's pastry delights, but the desserts were a little too sweet for my taste. Loved the deep-fried button mushrooms, though. Also had the traditional Viennese Schnitzel, which was good, but would recommend trying something else if you are going for a more exotic food experience.

Great food great service! The Tafelspitz was amazingly done, but the Bohemian Pork Roast could be further improved. We enjoyed the craft beer and crispy fried mushrooms!

A lovely place for a quiet afternoon tea with friends or loved ones. Very cozy and you can admire the interior architecture of the Capitol Piazza when you sit near the balcony overlooking the ground floor. Love the overall experience.

Service was attentive and prompt, but the restaurant wasn't very full when we dined. Serving portions were generous for our appetite (we ordered 3 mains and 1 starter for a table of 4) and the food weren't very expensive either. Great ambiance, overall fantastic experience.

Food was really good but service was incredibly poor. We noticed another table getting served before us even though we had our order taken before them. Wait staff was not very attentive, nobody bothered to clear our used appetiser dishes. By the time our main course arrived, there was no place to put the new plates down on the table. Waiter gave us a 10% off our bill but overall still a poor dining experience.

Excellent service, very good ambience and the food was nicely done. The restaurant needs better frontage and directions how to get there because it's easy to miss and not easy to locate, even if you get to Capitol (I ended up parking and searching for it in the wrong building next door, Capitol Piazza).

Overall, we were very happy with Kaiserhaus. They have really tried hard to make the restaurant as authentic as possible. The Slovenian wine we chose and the espresso coffees were excellent. The food was tasty without being out of this world.
