Etna Italian Restaurant - East Coast

Great food but poor ambience. Space are tight and noisy. Service was quite good but didn’t understand why they bother to serve a lava cake that was clearly overdone. Nevertheless it was promptly brought back after we reject it.

Food at etna is always great! Atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for winding down after a crazy work week. Service is good and prompt as well - food comes pretty fast even when the restaurant is packed.

The food and service were good and they were happy to comply with my dietary restrictions as well. I will come back again for sure.

Good food, had a waiter serving us that provuded fantastic service. The recommended red wine was also very satisfactory. Am a repeated customer and will continue to be.

Firstly, superb customer service. The staff even ran through the specials of the day one by one, explaining how the individual dish was created. Secondly, enjoyed the whole ambience and quietness during a weekend lunch. Thirdly, lobster ravioli and seaweed pasta with scallop = awesome. On top of 2 mains, we ordered one side (pizza crust with truffle mushroom and cheese), moscato and affogato. Total damage was $144. Considering the amount you are paying for tip top service and food quality, nothing to complain nor bargain about. Here are two satisfied customers whom will definitely return! Please keep up the awesome service and food quality!!! Currently, Etna is definitely one of the best Italian food restaurant in the East of Singapore in my humble opinion!

The Stracotto was divine! It was fragrant and tender, melting in your mouth. We also enjoyed the Tiramisu, which was exceptionally light and is served with a chocolate spoon. The service was impeccable. We stayed until 11pm and not once were we pressured to leave. We totally enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back many times to explore other items on the menu and wine list.

One of the best, if not the best Italian food I have had since birth! Superb taste and exceptionally service from the staffs in the restaurant.

Had the specials tonight - crayfish risotto, best risotto I’ve had in Singapore in awhile!

T-bone is good, pasta and appetizer is not up to my expectation. Some service staffs are arrogant. It is my first time to Etna, overall not a pleasant experience. The ambiance is noisy.

Amazing food with good service. The ambiance was cozy and warm. The eggplant entree was good, they’ve got yummy pastas and the tiramisu was heavenly. Will be going back again.

Celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary there. Got a quiet corner table next to the wine cabinet. That was nice. The service was staff attentive, recommended the Easter special platter and Lamb racks. Both excellent choices, we enjoyed dinner very much. For dessert, we have the tiramisu. That was lovely too. Will visit again definitely!

The customer service was excellent and the beef ribs is a must try! Seek recommendations from the staffs as they will give you the Italian menu rather than going through IG pics on what are nice. The staffs are very friendly, approachable and attentive although the restaurant was almost full.

Excellent service and the pasta we ordered tasted great. But would have preferred if the basket of bread is given warm. Overall it was a good dining experience.

The food was not a little below our expectation. The most disturbing find was a strand of long hair found in our appetizer - Tartare di Tonno. The waiter apologised and replaced a new one but damaged was already done. As this dinner was as catch with an old colleague classmate, we decided not to let this incident affected our mood for the evening. Next came the linguine pasta with flower crab and Prosciutto e Funghi, both dishes were exceptionally normal and did not warranted the price tag. In summary, me and my guest agreed a second visit to this establishment will never happen, at least not in the near future.

Fantastic food and service. Seems like a choice birthday occasion restaurant, we were celebrating a birthday and there were 3 more birthdays being celebrated as well!

Nice place for a good stress free dinner. Good food good service good wine and good service recovery. An establishment willing to listen to customer feedbacks to improve its quality is an establishment worth a repeat visit.

Excellent food, very attentive servers explaining each course served. Parking for this outlet is an issue though. Best to go with a cab. Steak was good.

The ambience and food was great. For starters we got the parmigiana and carpaccio. The portion size of the parmigiana was smaller than expected. Mains included carbonara and margherita pizza - both were great.

Etna is forever our choice for Italian cuisine. Although the price of the food in this restaurant is more expensive than others, it never stops us from patronising there. Pistachio tiramisu is a MUST try dessert when you are there.

The burrata was good. Unfortunately, the pastas we ordered were not to our liking - sauce was too watery. But the pizza was still good.

We spent a lovely night here. We are impressed with the authentic Italian food and awesome service. The staff are warm and friendly. The seafood stew is the best I have eaten. Will definitely come back again.

We have our reunion dinner on CNY Eve. The restaurant has nice atmosphere. The staff provide good service and recommendation of the food choice. There is a wide selection of Italian wine.
