We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff when we arrived. We tried the ala carte menu and the food was served very timely and not rushing you. Overall the food was very good and we recommend this restuarant to anyone who wish to have a private and quiet place to enjoy their meal.

Food was good, excellent service, great ambience. Would definitely come back again.

I must say I was a little worried about the food quality as it's a festive season (Chinese New Year) whereby the options on the menu goes by package. But this was immediately lay to rest with the quality of food been top notch and the service provided by the staff is simply excellent.

Awesome decor and food, within Mandarin Oriental. Old world charm mixed with impeccable standard on food and service. Huge variety with the buffet option. Definitely a must-go for dim sum lovers!

We went for the 2nd seating at 1.30pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was relatively empty and made the experience much more pleasant. Food and experience was great. My favourites were the Crispy Duck, Crispy Pork Belly, Xiao Long Bao, Avocado Cream dessert and the Lychee ice-cream with Nu-er Hong. Price is on the high side.

We were there to celebrate my son birthday and the service was create and food was nice too. Potion was be slightly smaller for certain dishes. Overall we have a time dining at the restaurant.

Food and service are excellent! They are very kids friendly and served each dish with a smile! And even prepare a birthday cake for my hubby ! Would visit again !

Lovely decor and great food,they even threw in a complimentary birthday cake. It was a great experience. Probably looks even better in the day when the bamboo outside can be seen.

Even though the restaurant gave me a 20% off after their renovation because I'm dining Society member, all the dim sum prices have been raised by about 20% on average, all in the name of a changed menu with premium ingredients like kurobuta pork, crab meat, truffle, Etc. However, the taste of these premium products is not evident or distinctive in the dim sum because i believe these ingredients have diiferent grades and they didnt use the higher grades in the dim sum for obvious reasons.

Lovely ambience and very delicious food. A good experience each time I visit. Food was nicely plated and service was attentive. Prices are steep otherwise I would patronize this restaurant more often.

3 excellent dishes: 1) beef fillet, 2) wasabi prawn, 3) kurobuta pork with mushrooms. Rest were ok. They squeezed everyone to one section, could be noisy, but luckily my neighbours were not

This place is within a fancy hotel. The experience from the start to the end was good. Good atmosphere and ambience. Most important good and unique dim sums.

Very good service and the dim sum brunch buffet is very worthwhile if you are going with 4 or 5 friends. Huge variety of dishes too. They even offered a piece of birthday cake for my birthday! Thank you Quandoo and Mandarin Oriental. Will be back again.

I was there over the Father's Day weekend and the restaurant was packed. However service was excellent. Food wise, the roast pork, cod with tofu wasibi prawns are not to be missed

Great service, excellent food. A bit exey but it is Singapore after all. best course was the vegetable dish (string beans with pork mince), but ll were good. Surprised by the fish which came in strips, deep fried with a delicious sauce. Expected a piece of fish. It had a good balance of flavours though. .

The dishes today are very salty and below usual standard. After we gave the feedback to kitchen, it was improved. The service and enviroment is good for business dinner.

Good service. Good food. Good environment. We had the set lunch and it was a good combination and the portion was just nice. And we do not have to wait long for the food.

Ambience was nice, food was good. But service was below expectation. For a restaurant of this class, we expected more prompted service and for the food to be served faster. We had to wave our handsite in the air for several times before we get the attention of someone to take our orders. And one soup order came wrong. As for the slow pace of serving, we would have expected the restaurant to live up to its reputation. E.get. forsee the demands and allocate more kitchen resources to ensure that food are cooked and served faster. Overall ok experience, yummy food but the long wait had made us full before we have the appetite to enjoy the varieties.

Excellent! Staff were courteous and helpful. Very prompt with their service. Used plates were replaced as and when needed. Food and drink prices were reasonable. Parking was redeemable.

Very good meal in pleasant surroundings. Very good service. A little overpriced by international standards. Wine prices especially have an enormous mark up in Singapore which spoils choice.

We sat next to a family with a really annoying loud lady commanding orders, disrupting the peace and quiet. Apart from that, the place had a nice ambience, good service, good food and good menu selection. The meal would have been more relaxing if there wasn't a restricted time frame to order.
