I only ordered the pepperoni. Tasty, but the crust was a bit too crispy and the sesame seeds, unnecessary. Could have done with a bit more cheese, too. Other than that, good service! Only gripe about ambience is bad acoustics.

Much hyped pizza place. Pizza wasn't that great but the most expensive pizza we've ever come across. They have two sittings and we felt they were trying to get us out quickly for the next one. Eat your pizza and get out, no time to chat to your friend! Our bill arrived without our requesting it literally as we had our last mouthful of mediocre pizza in our mouths. We won't be going back. Dreadful experience.

Great food (the j dog pizza and buffalo wings can’t be missed) and friendly service. Ambiance reminiscent of a New York diner also great 80s tunes!!

Pizzas were superb but our experience was marred by the poor customer service. My suggestion to those thinking of reserving this place for a fun and relaxing night's out: Save yourself anxiety, grief and service charge by deliverooing your order instead so you don't have to rush through your meal and face the haughty wait staff. Hosted some friends in town for a short biz trip who wanted to try this place after hearing so many rave reviews. A friend ran late from a work meeting and we were waiting for her to respond on what to order (the lack of phone reception and wifi access for customers at their restaurant didn't help our situation). Service staff were impatient and constantly came to enquire and gave us the vibe that we've have overstayed our 2-hour slot and were not welcomed. The table we were allocated to was next to the kitchen by the speakers - not the most ideal location for any diner and most importantly, lacked the space to accommodate all of us and our orders. We requested a switch of tables to a larger vacant one next to us based on this reason but the wait staff insisted in a know-it-all manner that the table can accommodate up to 4 pizzas at any time. What a liar, the table could only accommodate 2 pizzas and we had to remove our phones off the table and a wine glass to do that, whilst they had to place the condiments like paprika and tabasco behind the couchette (HUH?!) and rushed to clear the plates to make more space. Our nightmare didn't end - we wanted to enjoy some desserts after our meal but they only had 1 dessert and a biscuit on the dessert menu, so we declined instead and the same haughty wait staff muttered under his breath: "that was fast" as he collected the menu. I definitely won't be coming back if I want a fun night out with some friends. Because we know we wouldn't be well taken care of for the night at this place.

First time there, though the menu was quite simple, my friends & I order 2 pizza, chicken wings & fries. The pizza is really good and the service is fantastic!

Amazing pizzas and great service! Very pleasant experience especially when it's less crowded and not as noisy during lunch. Would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Waiter that served me was proactive in service, observing where I needed service. Shared a personal recommendation which me and my wife enjoyed. Would go back to try the other menu items

Great food, great atmosphere, great service! We came in half an hour early for our reservation, but we still received a nice cozy corner spot for the night. My companions were amazed at the J-Dog and state fair fries. Recommended!

Great food, service and ambience! Will return to try all the other pizzas. Music got a bit loud towards the end of our stay (about 8ish pm) - but it was a Friday so I guess it’s all right :-)

It was a good place but very noisy and hard to have a conversation. Also, I didnt realise there was 2 sittings and was told that we needed to vacate by 8.30pm even though there was no one waiting to be seated and other tables were empty. Have been there before and the pizzas are good but will probably try somewhere different now where we wont feel pressured to leave even though there is no queue outside.

The food, service and ambience is great. Would be a huge advantage if you could provide free WiFi for customers given there is no cellular network in your reataurant. Always very annoying.

The pizza was tasty and the waitress was accommodating when we asked for the anchovies to be taken off. She explained that it was a sauce. But it gets really loud in that space.

Food is good. Just that it can be really noisy as the place is quite small. Couldn't have a proper conversation with my partner.

Service was great, with the staff recommendations and their assitance throughout the dinner. The fries that we ordered was da bombz!! It was so good. The pizza is slightly too big for 2 people but still managable I guess. A cute place along a downhill :)

Food was good esp the pizza and salad. However table seating was a bit cramped and may have to share table for smaller group for big table.

Had a great time! Pizza was delicious, we love the J-dog and Pepperoni. Now that Mozzarella is closed, we will come to Blue label. However, the fries was too salty and overpriced. Reservations is tricky since you can’t call and they only take online and the max was 6 pax so my 2 guests had to stand as they took the chairs away for other guests.

Great food and service! Low ceiling caused the place to be a bit noisy when fully housed. So no advisable if you’re looking for a condusive place for conversations.

Wonderful food. The pizza is really delicious. The crust was crispy and well baked. The ingredients were fresh. The chicken wings was well done. It was tender and finger licking good. This restaurant is definitely not to be missed.

Small cozy pizza restaurant. Staff’s service was fantastic, really enjoyed talking to the guy who served my table. Spoilt for choice with the pizza menu. Prices are not cheap but reasonable - you get what you pay for. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic place. Has great pizza (the base is superb), they make excellent wine cocktails and the wine list is also really good. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Blue Label Pizza isn't and won't be the regular joint I hit up if I'm trying to satisfy my usual pizza cravings, BUT if you want a spin on this crowd favourite, this place does not disappoint. The Julien Royer (limited edition) pie was amazing, everything went so well together - the crust that reminded me of a garlicky bagel seasoning, the salty guanciale (pared down to the most delicate, thin leaflets), the earthy umami-ness of the black trumpet shrooms, right down to the slivers of raw red onions - it just made sense. The carrot cake was a luscious slice of heaven; they nailed the ratio of cream cheese to cake. The heady mix of spices and toasted walnuts were the ultimate cherries on top of this bomb dessert.

The pizza is yummy, we had Piggy Pineapple. Unfortunately, we leave immediately after eating because it's very noisy restaurant, we can hardly talk to each other without shouting.

Lovely kale salad which was a generous portion, and your blue label special pizza (a day in San Sebastien) was fabulous! Crispy crust yet slight chewiness, well done!

Guest pizza and special pizza were great. Buffalo wings good shit. Not a fan of the white clam pizza, a bit too salty and lacking in sweetness from clams + leeks.

The pizza is amazing as we all already know. It will be good if the wine prices are lower and reasonable. Service is good, staffs are very attentive to customers’ needs. Maybe just slow down a little on the eagerness to clear Everything , it will be perfect. We dont like to eat and feel like being eagerly chased away. Overall.. good, can be better . Will come back

Interesting and quite good pizza. The crust is delicious, crunchy, fairly thin. Toppings are interesting and tasty. Spinach artichoke dip is yummy and indulgent. Service is a bit spotty (negligent). Wine list is impressive, but not great for those ordering by the glass. Vibe is excellent, as is music and music volume. We’ll be back!
