Blue Label Pizza & Wine - Ann Siang

Blue Label Pizza isn't and won't be the regular joint I hit up if I'm trying to satisfy my usual pizza cravings, BUT if you want a spin on this crowd favourite, this place does not disappoint. The Julien Royer (limited edition) pie was amazing, everything went so well together - the crust that reminded me of a garlicky bagel seasoning, the salty guanciale (pared down to the most delicate, thin leaflets), the earthy umami-ness of the black trumpet shrooms, right down to the slivers of raw red onions - it just made sense. The carrot cake was a luscious slice of heaven; they nailed the ratio of cream cheese to cake. The heady mix of spices and toasted walnuts were the ultimate cherries on top of this bomb dessert.

The pizza is yummy, we had Piggy Pineapple. Unfortunately, we leave immediately after eating because it's very noisy restaurant, we can hardly talk to each other without shouting.

Indeed a hidden gem! Great ambience with attentive and polite service staff. Officially the best pizza in Singapore! The honey garlic chicken wings were delicious! Keep up the good work, guys!

Lovely kale salad which was a generous portion, and your blue label special pizza (a day in San Sebastien) was fabulous! Crispy crust yet slight chewiness, well done!

Guest pizza and special pizza were great. Buffalo wings good shit. Not a fan of the white clam pizza, a bit too salty and lacking in sweetness from clams + leeks.

Lovely atmosphere, great food, but portion of the pizza are too much for 2 people. Would love it if there were options for smaller sized pizzas!

Best damn pizza place in Singapore. Shoutout to the service, it was top notch. I would definitely visit again but with a bigger group as it allows us to explore more of the menu. - Glenn

Great pizza good wine. The crust was really good. Surrounding can get abit loud given the small space and many people, abit hard to have conversations.

The pizza is amazing as we all already know. It will be good if the wine prices are lower and reasonable. Service is good,staffs are very attentive to customers’ needs. Maybe just slow down a little on the eagerness to clear Everything , it will be perfect. We dont like to eat and feel like being eagerly chased away. Overall.. good, can be better . Will come back

Interesting and quite good pizza. The crust is delicious, crunchy, fairly thin. Toppings are interesting and tasty. Spinach artichoke dip is yummy and indulgent. Service is a bit spotty (negligent). Wine list is impressive, but not great for those ordering by the glass. Vibe is excellent, as is music and music volume. We’ll be back!

We love the pizzas. Indeed true that they have the best pizza in Singapore. They long fermented the dough so it’s good for digestion. Personally I can’t take any goat cheese so I made sure that they don’t put goat cheese in any of the dishes.

Everything's great, we got a warm welcome as we came by in, food was fantastic, great people working there. I would give it a six if the stool bar had more paddings for my boney ass.

The pizzas are very nicely done and the crust of the pizza is very crispy. Nice ambience for friends to chat and enjoy the pizza. Love their cheese sauce.

My new favorite pizza restaurant! Blue label pizza was accomodative towards dietary requests and queries. Ordered the gravlax fries, buffalo wings and shared a J dog pizza. Great service even better food!

Great service, great vibes. Reservations a must. Order the Umami Bomb pizza, chicken wings and chocolate chip cookie for dessert - you won't regret it.

The food as usual was fantastic and the staff were knowledgeable and attentive. I love the atmosphere there although the bar stools could be more comfortable!

I have been several times, but my client had not. He really enjoyed it!!! 2 Blue Label Ale's, the J-Dog and the Blue Label salad! Always a fantastic meal. The best pizza in SG.

Pleasant dining experience as always! Wait staff are always friendly and attentive! Water was topped up consistently despite the dinner crowd. Gravlax pizza was delicious! No regrets ordering it at all. The peanut butter-vanilla ice cream swirl is a must try - top it up with banana bread croutons (so sapid!).

Nice ambience and location. Food is innovative but on the salty side. The restaurant should consider serving more sides - only 4 to choose from, 2 of which are fries.

I had a really great time at Blue Label thanks to the super helpful staff! Not only did they offer good recommendations for the pizzas, they also recommended a delicious wine to go with them. Of course, they were also more than obliging to help us take photos to celebrate the occasion!

2nd time around and loved the travis supreme! the fries were still da bomb. kale waldorf was a nice surprise. service is excellent - jude’s a star! will definitely skip the cold cuts next visit though.
