Food was delicious as usual. But the tea served was different from what we had ordered. Hopefully they don't make the same mistake again during my next visit.
The signature tea duck is excellent. A must-try. The mango pudding is also great. Ambience is good. Service is very good. Price is mid-range. In general, good is very good.
Foods are nice and staff are friendly. Quite like the tea duck and stir fried port neck dish. Price is acceptable at hotel restaurant rate.
Although service standard drops as compare to yesteryear, it is understandable that the manpower market is facing challenges especially with government tightening work permits. Food is always delicious as usual.
Food is always delicious as usual. Service is slower due to lack of manpower, thus cause the food to turn a little cold Restaurant can be noisy at times
the service is great. as there is not much patrons, the staff are attentive. ok decent food, hotel pricing.didnt hit the right dishes but still ok.
Food was ok. We had 4 pax but their Tim sum plate only had 3 pieces. Waitress should have the initiative to recommend guests to order extra piece of Tim sum to make up for the shortfall, rather than we end up with embarrassment of the shortfall.
The roasted tea leave duck is still as good. The prawns with vermicelli noodles is simply marvelous and value for money given the amount of prawns included in it. If you love spicy food, try that!
As always good service and food is delicious, especially the duck. Service staff was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our lunch very much. We will be back again.
Nice ambience. Good menu selection. Had the banquet menu ---initially requested for 6 people ( we have 5 adults & 2 little kids) ---but the waitress said we have to add 1 portion --ie for 7 ; which is almost the same price as for 8 people --so we had the one for 8---but too much food.
The restaurant was less than 20% occupied. Comfortable and nice ambience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good food and reasonably priced. Will visit again.
Great food and service.Ambience is good with festive songs playing in the background. Attentive service with the staff refilling the tea and replacing plates when it is full.
Food was good, especially the roast duck and the desserts. Service was great and the staff were all polite and dedicated. I will definitely be back.
One of my favourite dim sum restaurants in Singapore. Always consistent in food quality and service. I will try their dinner service as it looks to be a traditional high quality cuisine.
Need more service staff. Only 3 service staff to serve the entire dining room. dumpling soup was not serve when boiling hot and dumpling was disintegrated. Staff were friendly.
Very few service staff. Service was slow and poor. Items that not entitled to credit card promotion are not being told or explained till settlement.
Good service, food was value for money. Will go again.
Service seemed disadvantaged due to low staffing. Food was good quality for a dim sum buffet. Overall, good dining experience, but comes a little short of deluxe.
The quality of both the food and service was very good. I particularly liked that it was quiet, which allowed for conversations, unlike in many Chinese restaurants.
I had the a la carte, rather than the dim sum buffet. The food was generally good, as was the few a la carte dim sum ordered. The shrimps in the siew mai and har gao were really fresh. The only downside is that they charged $3 per person for the tea, which is really expensive.
Good food, dim sum. Signature duck is awesome. Nice crowd on Saturday.
the food was very nice, especially the roasted duck. will come again for the roast goose
Food did not disappoint..tea leaves duck was excellent! Delicious dim sum! Great ambience! Attentive staff. Will definitely return again However, price is slightly on the high side.
Good food and value for money. Will definitely be back again to try other dishes on the menu. Roast goose will need to be pre-ordered 3 days in advance though
Food in general is very good, although some dishes can be a bit salty. Standout dishes include Scallops, Prawns, and fish roe in crabmeat sauce, and the roasted duck with tea leaves. Service could have been more prompt, but generally good.
Food and service all top notch, the smoked duck is a world class dish that is not to be missed. Kudos to Ralph the captain as well.
Tea Leaves duck, signature pork rib, monkey head mushroom dishes are good except for green bean noodles which is salty. Service and ambience are good too. Keep it up.
This is the wonderful experience at Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant, my guest was enjoy the food. I will bring my family to visit restaurant again.
Food and service are good. signature tomato soup with lotus seed, roasted duck, mixed veg in yam basket are must try! Will certainly go back again to try other signature dishes.
Thoughtful polite service but they really need to work on the food. Liu sha bao had solid filling which was more like dou sha bao. Xiao long bao wasn't steamed, no soup. Generally all the steamed items like ha kao had thick chewy skins. Very disappointing. Was much better previously. Maybe the chef was changed?
Good food. Nice ambience. Perfect with a 20% for credit cards. Small portion for some food though. Will recommend to visit and try. Even have a separate room with sofa for min spend of $800
Ordered fish, prawns, scallops etc. Their seafood dishes are not good. Think they are better for their meat dishes. The dessert I ordered was really good
Generally, the Dim Sum was great! Unique and tasty. But the xiao long bao today was not so fresh. Jim tui was fantastic, cheese cake was pretty but taste was average
Food is good, service is friendly and attentive. Will return again.
Loved the smoked tea duck, crisp skin & tender meat. It's a must order. Dim sum had a few hit and misses. Liu sha bao didn't have a runny centre and was more custardy. There was one scallop dish that was good, springy with a fragrant brown sauce but I can't rem the name. Overall, would visit again.
Excellent service, however food wise, it's limited esp those all time favorite such as Siew Mai/ steamed prawn dumplings weren't in the menu. Overall nice experience.
Very awesome service and the food was above satisfactory. Would go back again next time. Able to sit there after eating to relax and spend time with friends and family.
Average dim sum quality Ala carte selection is better. Given its location and quality of food, pricing is expensive. I can find better quality food at other dim sum restaurants.
Food not bad but limited variety. Lots of fried stuff so if u r a lover for fried food, it's highly recommended! Service excellent !
Pretty limited Dim sum today due to CNY. Service was TOP notch like usual. The menu is also limited. Normally o have great comments but this time round, it's pretty normal.
