Strictly all parties must arrive first. Still need to wait even though we have made a reservation. Service is good, the crews are very attentive. Food served shortly after we ordered.

Food was good but the soup base was a little too oily and the portion was quite small

The service was nice, but we waited super long even thought we had reservations. Also, we were given a. Super humid and stuffy corner and the whole time I was feeling really hot.

great atmosphere but meat quality is so-so. i think they are frozen meat. we came in a group of 8 so evens out to $30+/pax. was busy so we did wait abit to get the attention of the servers. the honey dew was really nice though

Food is significantly more expensive compared to the past. Floor is a little oily and chairs are sliding. Water should be free, compare yourself to beauty in the pot/haidilao

Overall bad experience. Ordered 3 soup base, 1 of them didn’t boil throughout the whole meal. Tomato soup was very sweet, spicy pot was ok, bone broth never boiled so we couldn’t use it. Dipping sauce was pre made, was unable to customise to taste. There were several times where we were made to put the ingredients into the pot so that the plates could be cleared off. Overall taste was not good, would choose other hotpot brands of similar price range instead.

everthing is good except reservation during dinner time is not available, have to call or walk in to book in advance.

Overall, it was a good experience. All the staffs were friendly and helpful in dealing with our enquiry. The one thing to improve is that they need to help customers strike off those plates that we ordered so that it is tally. When we eat Ala carte steamboat, we don't usually order just once and definitely there will be reordering. The moment I went make payment, I went speechless when they asked me to check. They did printed the hard copy of my orders and place it on the table but didn't strike for me to tally at the counter and I guess no customers will remember exactly on what they had ordered.

Food was great, not sure why the spicy 1/3 pot is forever at the boiling point and splatter all over the place even though it’s at the minimal temp and other 2/3 of the pot is normal
