Staff was super rude. No customer service. iPad not friendly. Ordered a half size portion of food but came in normal size. Told the staff just said yes correct we ordered a normal size not half. Realize it was the iPad’s fault. Need to click twice for half size.

One of my favourite hotpot restaurants. The meats are fresh and I love their muar zi dessert. Service is awesome too!

One big plus point for me is that you can order dishes in half portion - so even if you’re just 2 pax, you can order a decent variety of dishes. There is quite a limited option for soup bases though.

Good food quality and service. The dishes are in small portions so you can get a good variety. For steamboat broths at least 1 is fixed as the spicy broth, a tad limiting on broth choices.

We are so happy because the staff is very considerate. Our friends are sick and do not want to take the spicy soup. Though they have to provide mala soup base, they helped us to scoop out all the chili in the soup and made it less spicy.

Even though they were very busy during the new year eve, they still serve their customers at their best! Great customer service and very obliging as I have counted the wrong number of people joining the dinner but they were still very accommodating to find the best solution to fit in.
