Good food as usual and the staff makes us feel welcome.

Bugis is one of the best outlets. There are more varieties of food selection and staples to choose from.

We had 5 pax. At S$318 which is about S$63.60 per pax. I think for a Hotpot, the price is considered on the high side. Overall, the dining experience was good and the food was good too.

I booked last minute and able to get us a table. The manager was really nice and walked us thru the process since I was not familiar with the cuisine. overall, the spicy was too spicy for us but we enjoyed our dinner. very tasty.

Staff was very helpful to help us secure a 6 persons seating instead of my booking of 4 persons under Quandoo. Thumbs up for the great service and made our girls gathering even more memorable. Thank you to staffs of Xiao Long Kan!

Understand the hype and the food was food. However, there was an insect in our vegetable and it was already put into the soup so we informed the staff and he wanted to clear out 1/2 the soup base and our ingredients were also in the pot... Ended up giving us a new pot and ingredients so all was good in the end

The food is slightly on the pricey side but quality ingredients serve.

Food is not bad, especially the pork bone soup base. The xiaolongbao is not the typical ones you eat, might be abit more subject to personal taste bud.

Attentive service. Would have been a more positive experience if service staff could have advised us of the menu items. We had ordered a meatball item and a fried pork. The meatballs were way too spicy to be eaten. And the fried pork was numbing.

Food portion is good but too spicy for local.. beef stock is too beefy but pork soup is tasty. Side dish comes with chicken feet but also spicy.. Will come again to hv the non spicy soup.
