'Service' was so bad that I didn't even stay on to eat. Ah well ... next.

The steak was very tough even though it was cooked sous vide. Not worth the price. Chili crab pasta and pork loin were ok but not mind blowing.

course menu was different from the ones in common restaurants. for there were some crackers dishes with dips, firstly, we were worried whether they are enough for us but, we became full stomach.

Lovely restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food very good. I only wish there were more options for vegetarians in the mains section. Dessert was also good - sticky toffee pudding. Could've done with a bit more sauce.

I hate being taken for a fool: I ordered one dish and told me they had run out of it because they had served 2 clients this evening. The restaurant had enough stock for just 2 clients and has already run out of it before 8 PM? Come on, stop taking your clients for stupid people. The icing on the cake came with the fact the waiter added the restaurant was full house this evening when the restaurant was not even half full for the 2 hours we spent there. We decided to have dessert someone else as our experience there was really bad. Don't think you can lie to your customers and get away with it!!!

The service is lovely, and it was definitely a great experience. I would definitely recommend heading back. The steak is a must try, as well as the sea bass.

Housed within the colonial era icon the Raffles Hotel, Halia is a refreshing concept. The communal meal for 4 is a must. Course after course of fresh, flavorful culinary creations in an easygoing atmosphere. A must.

Good quality food but too pricey. Also, did not clarify that would take three priciest items for the entertainer deal

Restaurant was a bit crowded during lunch, so it was a bit hard to get the attention of the waiter/waitresses. We had the halibut and the pork loin during lunch, the halibut was really good, with my entertainer 1for1, it was worth the money, though I wasn't sure if I would order it without that. Ambience was so-so with many kids with families making quite some noise. All in, the food's good, so if you are after good food you should come here.

Halia ran out of pretty much many things on the menu and we had to wait almost half an hour for our orders. On top of that, my friend had to wait almost 45 Min for her tea because they ran out of tea. Most under prepares restaurant I've been to for a Sunday brunch. Will not recommend it to anyone.

portions were sufficient and food came quite promptly. There wasn't many staff on duty nonetheless and our cups were not refilled promptly. good value with entertainer app. Note entertainer app can only be used on LARGE plate items (i.e. 2 large plate items or 1 large plate item and 1 brunch item).

Awesome service for a birthday lunch, food was TOP notch, price reasonable. The Chili crab dip had real crab meat inside and portion was very generous. Highly recommended! Will definitely return to try the rest of the menu.

Halia has great ambience, good food and attentive service staff! While variety on the menu was decent, hope to see more options on their Express Lunch (which had two options each for starters, mains and dessert). Overall, an enjoyable experience 😊

Excellent customer service at Halia. Servers have good knowledge on their menu and provided valuable recommendation on their popular mains course. Paired your meal with sangaria!

A hidden gem. Good food, a comfortable atmosphere and at Raffles Arcade, right in the heart of the city. The lunch set is very good value.

Pancakes with bacon butter was simply great! Standards have been maintained over the years. Will come back for the food. Pity it opens at 11am on weekends so more a brunch rather than breakfast place.

Great ambience, food and service. The items are a little pricey but that's with everything at Raffles Hotel. The lunch set is lovely and worthy.

The service was very good at Halia. All the wait staff were very attentive and pay alot of attention to details. The food was good but felt that the chill crab spaghetti was over hyped. Great experience nonetheless.

We ordered the Halibut Papillote, Barbeque Pork Ribs and Oriental Pulled Duck Soba. The best item.is probably the Halibut. Generally OK food but really nothing to shout about.

Great service with a nice ambience and reasonably priced food and drinks. Though the presentation and choice of ingredients for the mains could be improved.

Nice and cosy ambiance with relatively good selection of food choices. Ordered the crab meat pasta which was by far one of the best i've ever eaten. Tried the ginger nougat too as well which was very good too as well!

Honestly I am very disappointed with The Halia at Raffles. The food is good (and quite higly priced also) but the restaurant and the atmosphere doesn't match a fine dining place at all. The place is a very casual bistro and the music is just the radio!!!! you expect something else than listening to commercials when you pay 80$+ for a main course. The service is quite slow (they were 4 waiters.... and only 4 tables occupied). I will not go back for sure!

Excellent food, but rather slow service. Poor service standards were acknowledged by the restaurant staff with certain items being 'on the house' and removed from our final bill. Would probably visit again but not high on my list of favourite restaurants in Singapore.
