Ambience is good food is great.. Recomnmended for dates and family gathering.. Tried the ribeye and truffle. Ricebowl and was impressed by it.. Will go back there again

Hi. Went down with my colleagues to have executive set lunch today. Duck confit too salty, pork chop too sweet. By salad was refreshing though.

The service was great and food was good. Though we found a piece of plastic in their soup but they apologised and offered to replace the soup with a new one. We declined but they gave us complementary truffle fries without us asking! Was a good experience overall

Quick service and decent food for the price paid. Tables were a bit cramped together though, so you could hear the conversation between the couple sitting beside you, and vice versa, so maybe not the most private/romantic setting for a date.

Food was delicious with a fairly generous portion. The staff were all attentive and quick to respond. A pleasant dining experience overall. I would recommend making a reservation beforehand.

It was a good experience. Service was pretty fast and friendly and the food was not bad. Quite enjoyable. Quiet on an early Monday evening.

Service was prompt, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I found the weekend dinner set very affordable (from $26.90++) for the type of food served, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend Platypus Kitchen to others!

it is a nice cosy place with one of the better pastas in Singapore. the pasta is handmade, and the prices are reasonable! would recommend to my friends

the staffs were unattentive. we had to call out to them several times before we can manage to get their attention. the food were overall good. however truffle fries do not really have the truffle taste.

Ordered spicy diablo prawns and crabmeat pasta - was very good. tasty with interesting hint of lemon taste. Only abit creamy and slightly spicy - good for me as I don't like creamy sauces and can't take much spiciness. Generous crab meat. Partner ordered the beef ragu, also tasty but more common. Shared a sweet potato poutine - nice and crispy, liked the bacon bits but not the sour cream. Reasonable pricing for food. Like the "1st drink @ $6" promo also. Cocktail selection seems to be all sweet cocktails, would like to see a wider variety. Prompt and friendly service.

Nice place for group chatting, friends feedback that the spaghetti was not good. Appreciate that the crew helped deliver birthday song. Service can still be improved.

Friendly service staff makes casual dining enjoyable. Nice ambience and good food. Unfortunately, booth seats are not very comfortable and does not allow patrons to eat comfortably.

Food wise taste and presentation was both good, however services wasn't that great and decinitely need some improvement in terms of tentativeness. Overall experience is enjoyable.

Love the environment at Platypus Kitchen! We had 3 course meal and it is affordable! The food is good and the staff is so friendly. Definitely will be back again. Thumbs up! :)

I would rate the truffle fries as 3/5 only. Overall the service staff are helpful except one or two but nothing to fuss over abt. Food is avg only and will I come back again? Maybe but not in the near future.

Overall food ok, ambience cozy... I commend Maria, the waitress who attended to almost all our orders/need throughout the night, gave us complimentary slice of cake for our Anniv

Had the spring lunch menu. Great food and spaghetti was nice. Overall, seats were comfortable and environment was pleasant. Will likely come again. Great place for lunch!

Still one of my favourite places to bring friends for a meal - used to go once a month. Food-wise, aglio aglio has too much garlic and duck confit needs to be more tender and less salty

Fast service This was my 3rd visit. Food was average though. Previous visits had better food. Maybe because this time it was more crowded on a weekend night

The service was prompt and good. I had the lobster roll which was rather mediocre. Portion size was good though, and it came with yummy fries.

Good and fast service. Love the flourless choc lava cake most. Its soft and not very sweet in comparison to others tt i have tries. Highly recommended.

The wide variety of food in the menu was a surprise to us. Every food ordered by 5 of us was deliciously good especially the duck confit and chicken wings. The staff were patient with us as we had made numerous requests for iced/warm water. I will definitely recommend Platypus Kitchen to my families & friends!

the restaurant is pretty Noisy and the staff are not friendly, no menu was served when seated and no drinks were served until upon asked.

Their Lunch set is definitely a good deal. You get to chose a main and a drink for only $10.90+. They also have an executive lunch set at $15.90+ with more mains option. Service-wise prompt and courteous.
