good French food, nice atmosphere and decoration, warm and fast service. My first time there, not the last one for sure. See you very soon again.

Came there for a birthday party. The food was good but on the pricey side. The portion was small. They have nice vibe.

Fantastic service and food, will definitely be back! We shared the Marinated Crab Rilettes, mushrooms, homemade fries, duck rilettes and ravioli and enjoyed everything we had!

Merci Marcel has excellent service, a solid menu, and great ambiance. We were attended to immediately, and we were not rushed. The menu is small and the food is great from appetizers all the wau through to dessert. Great choice. We will return.

First and certainly not the last visit. Really enjoyed the food and service was impeccable, probably one of best waiters I've had in a long time - really attentive, engaging and friendly. Great ambience for a date (perhaps request a table at the back area if you want it to be quieter), but seemed to be a hit with bigger groups too. Will be back soon.

Great food, surprising flavours, lovely ambience. Our waitress was really attentive and helpful. Mains servings were a little small though. All in all, a good dinner on a Sunday night.

Fine food but service needs to be improved. No serving spoon given with the dishes. Had to ask several times. No one refilled our wine glasses. Etc

Good food and nice ambiance. We found the restaurant to be cute and had a nice French flair about it. Service was also very good and staff were very knowledgeable about the menu.

Food and service were great. The cheese pasta looked very unassuming when it arrived but is low key mind blowing. Takeaway cheeses were great too, try the truffle one!

The food was ok. Service is very friendly and good. The main downside is that one pays a lot for not that great a wine. A Côtes du Rhône for $58++ is a lot of markup.

Love the backyard area, unfortunately it was too warm. Service was lukewarm, esp the server who told our order. Food was pretty good, but overpriced

Great ambience and staff, food was excellent too. The seasonal mushroom and ravioles were amazing and the marinated crab rillettes avocado paste went well with the sourdough bread. Lastly we finished off with the sweet cider, it was a good meal.

Nice ambience and decor. Food is a bit overpriced and bread for eggs Benedict is too hard. Kind and attentive staff. Coffee is a bit sour.

great decor and food! only downside is that place is not baby friendly and my friend had to change her baby in the open instead of the toilet.

Over priced and incorrectly prepared. Singapore food, not french food, and very oily. French themed, perhaps. Thoroughly expensive wine selection and the in-house Ang Mohs don’t give a damn (so french) but the local wait staff were utterly nice.

Incredibly warm and friendly service, food divine also. We had booked for 4 and had a last minute addition, which despite some logistical challenges (they were literally out of furniture) they made happen. The waitstaff knew the food and wine well, and each dish was superb.

nice atmosphere and good service. Products are great especially chocolate bars. The room backyard is very bright. i do not recommend the tables at the end of the room, too hot.

Food was fine, service was warm and friendly, staff knows their products well, and the wine list is quite nicely curated. Overall a pleasant experience. Could have been better if we were seated away from the door which was opening and closing so often that it got a bit distracting and uncomfortable. We could of course have asked for another table but I thought we would just go with the flow that evening, especially since some of the dishes have been served.

It is a beautiful cafe, no doubt, Food was great but service was not attentive. The croissant is definitely not 1 of the best I’ve had here.

Great ambience, and the food was delicious. Croissant was freshly baked upon ordering, a must try! Interior was well decorated and very instagram worthy! :)

A great meal! Everything we had was delicious. In particular, the tuna dish was absolutely beautiful. My partner and I also thought that the fit-out of the restaurant was great too.

The ambience of the cafe is nice and decoration is homely. The service is good. Generally the main course more of quality than quantity. A total new refreshing taste as compared to other cafes that I’ve tried. Ordered the red snapper, angus beef, crab tartine, ravioles, Creme brûlée. Highly recommended for a new taste experience and also preferably to share the food.

Warm service with attentive staff, lovely ambience in beautiful hipster neighbourhood of Tiong Bahru. Delicious charcuterie, cheese, wine, and cake. Our group had a great time.
