Located along The Quayside, we recommend starting your experience at Les Bouchons Singapore off with entrees such as Burgundy escargot cooked in garlic butter; smoked salmon served with toast and the charcuterie board that’s brimming with a selection of premium French cold cuts. Washed down with an aperitif or glass of your favourite wine, and you’ll definitely have things off to a good start.
Following on, you’ll find plats (main courses) at Les Bouchons consisting of grilled sirloin steak with vigneron butter served with salad and fries; marinated lamb and grilled salmon with vierge sauce – all of which are cooked to perfection. If you’re after something truly special though, any of the house signature specials are guaranteed to delight. We love the super entrecote steak; the cote de boeuf or the jumbo prawns grilled in olive oil that all come served with fries and salad. Delicious! The restaurant has a very good ambiance. It was a fine and cool weather as we sat outdoors. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary there and we loved the food. The food was perfect! Thank you.
Food quite nice. Steak most worthwhile. Fries soggy and oily. Bread rolls were very good though. Sauce does not come with the steak, but the waiter didn't say anything. He even proposed we ordered 2 of each sauce and we ended up paying $24 for sauces..... That was disappointing. Suggestion - just stick to the ribeye.
Was there twice last week - great experience and tried Onion soup and various steaks - nice wine collection - good value for money and friendly attentive service. Wil come back soon.
