We had a very disappointing time exacerbated by fact that we were very much looking frwrd to it. Reason being when we arrived we learnt we had the worst table in the restaurant, inside and looking across into the storeroom. To add to this when we were shown to the table, the chair my wife was supposed to sit on had some grease/oil (olive?) on it. Luckily she avoided it but the manager's excuse when told about it was that as we came quickly to the table they had no time to wipe it off - this after he himself had shown us to the table and the table was ready and had a reserved sign on it! He was very aloof, almost arrogant and unhelpful. We simply walked out of the restaurant and neither he nor his staff did anything to change our minds. As a family we love the food but this experience created by the manager has out us off the place for a long time.
Great steak and wine / friendly staff who were efficient
Food was good as usual except the usual issue I have with too much inedible fats on my steak. It’s an Achilles Heel for Les Bouchons. Too many customers have given this feedback and no improvements.

Got there on time but still had to wait for the table. Steak is delicious, love the free flow fries. The creme brûlée was a bit underbaked for my liking.

Great food. Service is a bit unattentive - despite there are lots of waiters, you always needs to nudge them/ ask for things twice. They seem to be standing there staring in outer space or waiting for customer to call them, but a good waiter should scan the dining area all the time and be on top of what's going on.
Enjoy the food and the wine selection. Great authentic French experience. Some of the best French fries I had in Singapore.

Everything about Les Bouchons was excellent but it's expensive - ouch!
I had the Entrecote steak and it was good except for many parts with inedible fats.
Upon making the 7.30pm reservation for V'day via Quandoo, I called Les Bouchon's again just to confirm the reservation. And so it was confirmed. Then a couple of days before, they called me to tell me we only have 90 mins to eat because they have a second seating at 9pm. That's fine. Staff was courteous, food was not bad. The ribeye was good, love the melty fats but I think it was 400g or 450g? A lil' too big. Could have priced it cheaper at a smaller portion like 250g or 300g. Overall, a good experience.
Service was great, love that there's free flow fries - which is amazing by the way! Waiting time for the food is a little long, but the food is delicious.

This is my new go to restaurant for steak frites. The prime rib was of a good quality and had a wonderful, rich flavor. The escargots were perfectly buttery and savory. The warm, toasted bread was a worthy cheat day eat!
Great food and atmosphere! The service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable.
The rib eye steak was not medium rare (more medium) and the cut was a Spenser steak / Scotch fillet, not rib eye as the bone was removed. Can’t believe they don’t call it an Entrecôte, given it’s a French restaurant. Fries were ok.
Went there for husband's birthday. Food was good. Details like helping me to portion food for my 2 children to share and having a nicely decorated platter with the birthday cake were all done impeccably. The chef was friendly and attentive. So were the rest of the staff.
Simple fare done well is always good and appreciated .
