Established in 2013, Jekyll & Hyde is a whimsical cocktail bar located in the heart of Singapore. Proud to be known as one of the city’s pioneering cocktail bars, this Tanjong Pagar spot serves up a wide variety of long drinks. Head Bartender Michael Foong focuses on twists of classic cocktails, while incorporating funky food ingredients found in everyday life like bacon, peanut butter, bananas and exotic spices. Chef Alvin Tan heads up the kitchen at Jekyll & Hyde and presides over the serving of modern Singaporean food that elevates the quality of local cuisine to new heights.
