Diners at Racines in Singapore are in for a treat, as award-winning chef Jean-Charles Dubois cooks up a menu of both French and Chinese classics. Despite being gourmet, the menu concept is playful; diners can pick their side, choosing between the same European and Asian ingredients cooked using either French or Chinese techniques. Some of the ingredients are even picked from the restaurant’s own herb garden! Watching the chefs work their magic in the open kitchen brings the experience to life, whether you’re there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Racines on Wallich Street in Tanjong Pagar is a lively restaurant with a great concept, meaning there really is something for everyone.

The food was awesome and service was also tip top!
blur waitress and inflexible system. we asked to cancel 1 dessert and she cancelled for the whole table. we asked her to put back the dessert and she said her system cannot do it. face palm.
The experience was delightful. The service was superb and attentive. Think the little surprises, such as small compliments of soup, bread, etc were nice touches. It brings the experience up a notch. Keep it up.
