Decent outlet overall. Wait time is shorter than other outlets but it’s quite chaotic as there’s lots of families with kids.

HDL service is not as good as before. Another letdown, thrice in a row now.

Food as good as other branch, service is one of the best among many branches that we have visited.

Gotta go early to obtain a queue tic despite having made a reservation via Quandoo. However, service was impeccable with free drinks and snacks served during your wait.

I think it was post covid and due to the influx of customers, they ignored all those who made reservations. We waited more than an hour for our seat when we arrived at our reserved timing.
