Am a regular here. Service is impeccable! Can consider coming during off peak hours so that the booking is confirmed. Otherwise, peak hours booking is only placed as priority and still need to queue and wait.

Can I please feedback on the staff’s attitude? We were there at around 6.15pm and were led to our table by a young male Chinese staff( not wearing spectacles). He has the worst service I’ve ever seen in all of my 50 over visits to Hai di lao. He led us to a table but we later requested to get the sofa seat so that my young daughter don’t have to sit in the baby chair. He literally rolled his eyes in front of us. So rude

From the booking till our arrival at the restaurant was all smoothly executed. Din expect the booking is so easy and we get our table right away. The waitress who assigned to our table was a bit distracted by other tables so we were neglected at some point but that’s ok, she apologised to us. Food was ok and price as usual high compared to other steamboat chains. Overall, good experience, worth the visit & money I guess.
