海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot - Royal Square Novena

Very pricey although the mala milk soup is superb and the chicken soup is good. The mushroom appetiser was great, very tasty and the chilli oil bland well with the taste. The beancurd dessert is smooth and silky. Great appetisers and condiments.

Not sure if it’s only this outlet that has a dessert table with cakes and I took their aiyu jelly. It’s quite nice. My friend asked for extra sweets and they looked like they were rationing it. Food was good as usual!

Ask repeatedly to top up the chili powder at the condiment station but the staff just kept me hanging there... Can't feel their enthusiasm and interest to serve the customers

Service was bad because waitress kept asking us to finish the food on our table so that she can clear the food from trolley. Also, she chided us for not telling her that we are having a birthday celebration that was meant as a surprise. Probably the worst hdl experience.
