It is one of the best haidilao restaurants I have visited so far. The manager Wangsha and her staff were very friendly and approachable.

Best Haidilao outlet, best overall service. You have to try their tomato and collagen soup base. Do request more paste to thicken the soup if you like the taste. Very spacious and clean surrounding.

Always enjoyed my meals at Hai Di Lao. Quality and fresh variety of food to choose from. Service is always top notch. Glad that I can easily reserve a table and beat the long queues by using the Quandoo booking system.

Arrived for my booking at 7pm, my queue number given was #30. They did not tell us how long the waiting time was, except to take a walk and they would give us a call when a table was ready. The counter was #10 when I arrived, waited for 33min and it was still #10. So many customers were waiting at the entrance. I was going to ask a recep when I overheard a customer questioning why he had to wait 90min for a table at 9pm when his booking was for 7:30pm. Another woman interjected saying she booked 6:30pm and had waited for an hour. The restaurant was ill-managed and overbooked. It took in so many diners, could not fulfill bookings and kept their customers waiting. Felt taken for granted, we cancelled the booking and re-queued again at another place for dinner. It was terrible, very unlikely to patronise them unless they work out a better queuing system.

Perhaps because they are the newest outlet for Hdl, staff doesn’t seem the usual HDL customer-centric and friendly.
