This is a very small outlet, so be prepared to wait longer than other outlets. Since the place is small, noise level can be high for some people. Also, most walkways are squeezy.

Didn’t managed to dine in. Booked beforehand, upon reaching was told that waiting time is 2.5hrs. What’s the point of making reservations if restaurants can’t manage the space and time? Waited for about 3 hours not even a phone call received. Disappointed.

Made reservations. However still had to wait 1 hour. No communication from staff and Q no. Not reflective.

Hai Di Lao's service has always been unmatched! Although, today I think they may have been understaffed and my table had problems calling the server over multiple times but aside from that, 100/10!!!
