They serve fresh, nice & good food... Friendly and helpful staffs... will definitely visit again n highly recommend for anybody who wants good n affordable buffet.

The food was nice and there is good variety of selection available. The location is easy to find. However there are limited spaces in between seats

Food was served so late! It took them more than 30 minutes to serve a pasta dish. No wonder why the place is not crowded when it was noon time. We arrived 12:30, we ordered around 12:40 or so, and food arrived at 1:20. It was terrible. We didn't enjoy eating our food as we were rushing to return to office. It was a terrible experience, and won't be coming back again. We will even advice our colleagues not to visit the place, especially if you feel so famished and wants to eat right away!

Table abit small, so may be cluttered. Better to take food in small plates and clear them before taking a new batch. Food generally was okay.

Good experience but the food didn’t taste exceptionally good or anything. Iced Thai milk tea was nice. Location was also really good if you’re taking public transport.

Food variety was passable and some seafood selection was free flow, which was great. The hygiene standard could be better though with separate tongs for cooked and raw food.

Average food selection. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking lots in the basement of the building. For muslim, hassle free of finding a mussolah as there’s a small mussolah readily available at the basement.

Food was not bad. It was constantly topped up. The chicken soup base for the deluxe set was just chicken broth which may not appeal to all. The staff constantly replenish the soup base once it's depleting without us asking for too ups. So overall a good experience. There's a prayer room for Muslims too.

Food was great. Staff was friendly and we the place was cozy. Not so far for mrt station. Great place to have gathering with loves ones.

We had amazing time there... All the staff was superb helpfull... our steamboat is always filled.. they do take note so that it wont dried up... the food was good... love the cray fish.. we had 3-4 serving of that... amazing ambience... good to know there was a prayer room at the basement 😍...

Worth it to go for the Supreme menu if you’re a seafood lover! Grill surface was a little too small to properly barbecue stuff, doubt they can change it cause it’s a pagoda pot. It would be better if small tissue boxes were provided on the dining tables. Overall nice experience, will visit again someday. Good for big crowds and gatherings.

The people there are very nice!! I love the food and everything! It was my first time and i really enjoyed it! Great place! :)

Quite value for money for the supreme tier pagoda buffet that we opted for, with the wide range of seafood! Thoroughly enjoyed the meal with my partner!

Flame Cafe is our favourite steamboat choice already. It is affordable, has a lot of variety of food and beverage and the ambience is great.

awesome food and services.. you could even build and bake your own pizzas! we took the premium package and it was very worth the price.

Awesome place for group meet ups and great ambience too! The menu offers wide variety although it's not the same as Seoul Garden.. All the products were fresh.

Friendly staff and food variety was average but still okay. Seafood was fresh and i personally love the salmon and 6 different types of ice cream flavours 👍🏼 Great experience

The restaurant is spacious. The mala soup is tasty. Seafood variety not bad. Service is good as well. Will definitely come back with friends next time.

Food are ok but not much variety. As for the seat arrangement, it is too near to the next table and it will be hard for us to go and fro to take our food.

Ambience was cosy. Food and drinks was good. Highly recommended for gathering with friends, family and colleagues. Would come back here in the near future.

For that price, the food and the service is justifiable. However, it'd be great if they can ready cooked food such as fried rice, mee goreng and fried finger foods. Nevertheless, still enjoyed my experience and good service.

My visit to Flame Cafe for my first time was awesome. Our waiter, Luke was superb and explained everything well to us. He was busy as the restaurant was packed but still had time for small talks and explanations. We were also able to shift tables at the last minute as we would rather have the outside seats with the whole restaurant being air conditioned. We will most definitely visit again. Special shout out to the lady manager(she is philippino,sadly didn't catch her name) and to Luke.

Not much variety. 2 kinds Fruits such as orange & watermelon only they served as a dessert? So dissapointed with the foods. Staff tip.top. very helpful & entertain well.

Seafood was fresh, environment was great, variety was pretty good too, just that the soup is not as authentic (like tomyum is not sour/spicy enough, nor was the herbal soup strong enough too).

There were sufficient food varieties and the service provided was good as well. Although the cheese dip was not up to expectation but overall it is still a good place to recommend people to go .

Not too sure if it is due to the festive period, the set up on the 4 tier steamboat is slow and our 2nd order on the seafood never comes. The service crew is friendly but short-handed. The food is mediocre.

Was hoping for more vegetables options and the arrangement of the food was abit off. Cheese tier could be better. E.g mixture of other cheeses for extra flavour. However the marinated meats was good. Love the thai milk tea!

Just average. Oyster not so fresh. King prawns was so so. Alot of bland stuffs. Mala soup was weird. Will think twice to come back

Not a bad experience but we were seated in the private corner so there is a need to walk to get the food on buffett. Many drinks choices which is amazing.

At first the music was ok but when they started playing electro music it was too loud and driving me crazy. Service staff were also not attentive, slow in clearing the plates. Food was average

Nice environment and quick servings upon ordering. Variety of food is quite extensive. Definitely worth a try as it is rather value for money. Can improve on ventilation.

A friend recommended this place to me, went there for a birthday celebration of my girlfriend . The atmosphere was amazing with music played. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and chatty. I was really happy with everything, 10/10 for food, service and general ambience of the place.

Good variety, very friendly and helpful staffs. Don’t park at Kapo factory next door cos they close early. Will come here again with a bigger crowd.

Booked for 6 pax but was informed that we only get 1 hotpot which seems unfair because there are quite a few of us. The staff told is because the table is too small which is not our problem. There are bigger table available so we insist to have 2 hotpot. The place is too squeezy. The music are too loud. There wasnt much option to choose item for the steamboat and the prawn are super tiny. I guess this will the first and last. Not worth the price.

Food was fresh....love d salmon slices,d lobsters too was great,d oysters' fresh no smell....overall it was fun & satisfying.Money well spent.We love d ambience n staffs are friendly n helpful always filling up our soup without us having to call them.Good job guys & gals especially Mark & another indian guy(didn't catch his name thou)..👍👍👍

The grill should be bigger as it was difficult for us to cook the meat for 6 people as the space was not enough. Soup was fantastic and portion was great!

We are well served by the friendly staff. A great place for group gathering as well. Although choices of meats are limited, the variety of seafood is amazing. Be prepared to get you hand dirty since not all food can be eaten by fork and spoon, or chopsticks especially the crayfish. Haha. Me and friends had a good laughable moment when she is struggling to pry open the crayfish.
