I Love the foood there. There’s a variety of meat and seafood. Nice ambience. Location wise, also easy to find. Will recommend my friends and family to eat there.

Tomyum soup was delicious n flavourful staff was quite attentive music was great but choice of food n drinks are limited for seafood lovers u have to select premium or supreme set but dat oso limited as d items served is bein control i guess to avoid too much wastage haha overall it was pleasant my guest were happy n we will comebac again

Certain food need to be ordered by the paper chit provided. Certain food being requested may not be available or already finish.The staff could help to inform customers that the food they ordered is not available rather than just keep quiet. Example, we ordered siew mai but never came. I have to ask to another staff why my siew mai never came. Then he explain that if we never received means it has finished.

The pagoda steamboat concept was interesting as you get to boil, grill and steam your meat or vege, Service crew was friendly and attentive. Overall, I would recommend you to visit this place and try the pagoda steamboat for a different steamboat experience.

Good new steamboat experience. Tom Yum soup taste good but more marinating and flavourings can be placed in the BBQ meat. Had a bday celebration, the lava cake taste was awesome! Thai milk tea was also great!

The service at the restaurant was really good! The staffs were all very friendly. However the food was just a so so for me, for the price of ~$21 I feel that it was just okay.

Good service and sufficient time. But the food is so-so and it costs ~$21. Feels like a normal steamboat but a little bit expensive for the price.

After experiencing the 3rd time, food quantity has deteriorated. 1st time was good which I decided to bring in more friends and subsequently no idea why was the food choice has lessened. Just give it a try and you'll decide yourself. Have a great time peeps!

Many varieties to choose and the seafood are fresh. Atmosphere is nice but location abit out of the way. Shall visit them again next time.

nice food , it quite easy to find , near MRT station, just walk for few minute can reach. will introduce some friend go there to enjoy thier dinner.

It's warm and stuffy. The aircon need to improve. Should have more choices of desserts. Overall look not so appealing and promising. Staffs services was good.

Nice variety, with a very cute mini oven to make our own pizzas. Preferred the cheese sauce more than the salted egg one but both are fine. The basic chicken soup is good as well.

Varietal of choices available and very convenient to Tai Seng MRT. Only downside is the restricted number of hours allowed per group considering that we are a group of 9 adults having to share 2 steamboat n grill pots.

Had the premium steamboat buffet and it was a pleasant time spent there. Staff were attentive to our needs. The restaurant was spacious, thus we didn't leave the place smelling like BBQ. Will definitely come back.

A very nice place with kind staff. Good for family gathering / company dinners. A lot of varieties of food and drinks. They also have a mini pizza oven.

Flame Cafe offers the pagoda steamboat which is very value for money. The salted egg dip and cheese dip was amazing.

I liked that the place was not too crowded and that it offers a good selection of meats and vegetables.

It's a nice place with good service. Hope to have more variety of beef please. Should have longer tongs as well as the 4 tier pagoda can cause burns easily when ur hand gets too close.

Love the seafood there. Nice ambience and easily accessible. Been there twice , ate the pagoda buffet. Service was alright and pretty quick , overall all well.

The cheese dip was the best part. Seafood choices are not too bad. They even had Thai milk tea on free flow. Not to mention the ice cream flavors they had were good too. Generally a decent place for a halal steamboat gathering!

The food is good and fresh. The service is ok. but the aircon is not cooling enough. For card discount, the staff say only when asked. so need to ask on your own.

Took the Supreme deal and got a wide variety of seafood. My family loved it and will definitely come back again. Service was also excellent. Thanks to Luke for helping us out with choosing the seafood menu :)

They had no other customers and was preparing for an event however we were atill able go get our food easily and stuffs can accomodate well with request

Food choine for steamnboat & grll was good. Enviroment is spacious for big families. The layout can be inmproved for better service to customrs. Recomended.

Options for dessert too little. No hot beverage. Seafood were not that fresh. Their milk tea is good though and the Tom yam soup is ok too.

The buffet was marvelous and splendid. Staff was very friendly and kind to assist on ordering the food. The top up of soup was very fast. Price wise i think should make it per set rather than per person.

The food was not as good during festive period. Also, we didn’t know they have live karaoke session which seriously disrupted our dining experience. The selection of food was also lesser

Nice food and people, just that table is quite tiny for a 4pax. We have to squeeze, and there is barely sufficient space to put our plates.

Food is good. There are plenty of choices. Ambience was just alright. But will definitely recommend for halal steamboat as there are limited choices in Singapore.

The table too small to have a comfortable dinner. But experience was ok. Could have introduced ready food items like rice or noodles to go with steamboat items.
