One of the staffs is impolite. I was unsure of what to do. I asked him questions, he answered like,"Blom order, buat ape nak bayar?"

Fresh food and variety of drinks. Service is good too. The different flavours of icecream is delicious eventho the top up is quite slow. The place is a bit cramp but overall is great place to eat steamboat.

Space was insufficient as we had a hard time going out to take food and drinks as chairs were very close to each other. Other than that everything else was great.

Overall, it was a great meal and was worth the price. There was a large array of food and drinks. I struggled to understand the staffs in the beginning because of their accent but you’ll eventually figure what was said. The pizza maker was usually unavailable but it wasn’t impossible to get a turn. The only complain I would have is that the music was too loud which in turn ruined the ambience.

Amazing service! I will visit here again for sure. The staff are friendly and will explain to you the different tiers of buffet to choose from. Great experience!

Overall is ok. But limited to 2 hrs without considering our seat with rain splashing and wasted time to change seat, and pot was burnt and wasted a lot of time to change again, with all disruption, we left only barely an hour to eat. Had tomato and tom yum base and staff pour tom yum to both soup base. Only plus point is all staffs there are extremely nice.

Food quality was so so.. expected better but you get what you pay for. It was too noisy due to the cafe's music speaker we had to talk loudly while eating.

Excellent! Would love to go there again! Even tho it's far from elsewhere, it's pretty convenient to head there by train. Other than that, prompt service for the staff as well!

We came during their non peak period at 2pm on a weekday. The staffs were really nice and always there to assist us with our needs. Price were quite reasonable too. And definitely am coming back next time with my spouse.

Average experience. Not too bad. Would be nice to have some foods that are already cook. There was on going functions. Therefore, normal dine in are seated at the private room. The setup for the foods a little mess. Nevertheless their staff are friendly and attentive.

First time I visited here everything was smooth and fast. But the second time I was here, one of the waiter purposely ignored us and served the customers who came after us even if after we asked him about our order. Other than that, food and ambience of the place is great.

Food was generally good... However service was a bit slow and not all the selection of sauces pasted on the menu were available at the sauce station...

Nice ambience however feels abit stuffy at times. Im not sure if its aircon or ventilation problem as my table was relying on a fan. I love the 4 tiers steamboat they’re the cheapest steamboat in town! Definitely come again..

it wasn't clearly stated in the advertisement of the pricing all hence quite disappointed with the variety. not exactly affordable if we were to compare it with outside

The food there was awesome. The drinks were a bit too sweet to me but nice. Only the service was a bit slow as we had to wait to get our orders eventhough the it was not during peak period.

Went for the Premium Pagoda option and was totally worth it! Spread was awesome and so was the freshness of the food. Salted Egg dip, A MUST TRY!!!

It was alright but can be better. Place was pretty crowded. But thank you for having such 4 Tiers for us Muslim people to experience

4-tier steamboat was definitely worth the price! Highly recommended and will definitely come again for another round. Personally like to thank one of the staffs on duty on the day I dined in with family, Dennis, for the excellent and efficient service by him! Such a friendly and warm guy, kudos for that :-)

Wide variety of food and drinks. High ceiling with great aircon ventilation. Prompt and friendly service during the visit. Salted egg dip is nice. Good place for family gathering outing.

Not bad. Novelty for the pagoda is good, but after awhile find the spaces cramp. Changed multiple gas canister within 2 hours. Don't really agree with the service charge though when it is buffet.

Happy with the buffet selection. Most of the selections were fresh. Staffs were also helpful. Will come back again and will recommend to friends and relatives.

The food was bad. The ice cream smelled bad.The milk tea was good. Will not visit again though,there are much better buffet options for a slightly higher price.

Variety of food is limited.For the deluxe package all the food items are almost the same.Should have a variety of dessert too.Not worth the price paid.

staff were generally nice and friendly but seemed to not know what the as included in their sets and we had to ask 4 different people for a salt shaker and to refill our soup for the hotpot. The place is value for money. Avoid sitting near the door though.

The restaurant was huge. I like it how they have outdoor and indoor seatings. The waiters and waitresses were always on the ball and helpful. Food was great.
