The food was good overall, but a tad too greasy for some. The staff was efficient. Good experience overall.

The food are good if you like meat. But if you prefer to have more variety, i think hotel buffet is better for the same price.

Some meats taste good, but some don't. It is also difficult to ask for second round for those meats we enjoy as the servers move around quite fast and don't come back to the same spot. Diners will not be able to identify the server. Desserts could have been more exciting. For the current spread, $52++ is a little expensive.

Blah. Chicken hearts were great, nothing else stood out. Salads/veg terrible. If you want better, try the place out on 6th Avenue - they seem to care more.

Meat: was not fresh side dishes: limited choices, not freshly prepared, stale looking my son’s 12 birthday today; we was charged exactly adult fulll price for him despite was initially promised children ‘s proce by the server

I've always been a big fan of Carnivore. The CHIJMES outlet was no exception – the food was great, service attentive, and the atmosphere was good. There was a wide variety of meat available and the staff were very quick to bring us the specific ones we wanted!

Very rude Pinoy staff. Clueless local Chinese waiter. The meat servers are much better and so are the older kitchen staff. Would not be visiting again anytime soon.

All thw chefs were really fast paced and they attended to our request very promptly. And the food was really well cooked. The seafood cocktail was abit bland though.

Friendly people, nice ambience, cooked food was so-so but the meat was really good. Don’t miss out the grilled pineapple as it is really sweet and helps ease the greasiness from the meat.

Food was nice and drinks too. The servers were jovial and in particular, the Brazilian servers all made small talk and joked with us. This gave the experience an added personal touch. Would recommend

The restaurant manager was very very rude and even shouted at us thinking we did not make a reservation. Even if he thought we did not, he could have said it in a more polite manner. He did not even return to apologise when he found that we actually made the reservation. So rude behaviour ! The waiters were so much more polite! The restaurant manager also just took away the menu which we had left on the table without even asking. Such disgraceful behaviour! Def won’t return !

Had a good time at Carnivore, large variety of meat to choose from. Dining under the stars, good service and great company, we can’t ask for more!

There was a decent variety of meats in the buffet, service was pretty good. Most of the meats were good but 1 or 2 were a little chewy. Waiter tried a bit too hard to upsell the wine. Overall pretty enjoyable experience.

At first they didnt allowed us to be seated inside. However the manager later on let us in. The service by the chefs are great and the food are nice.

Tried this for the first time. The meats were nicely done. Loved the beef and its melt-in-your-mouth fat, and also the spicy sausage. Will go back again.

Quality and standard is no more there! Local waiters only willing to serve foreigners. Not much meaty varieties to go around; compared to some years back when we visited. Not gonna recommend unless you are a Brazillian who wants some "faux brazillian cusine".

Excellent various meat cuts with choice of Lamb, Beef, Chicken and Pork. The seating outside was much better choice than inside as it was a cool night.

Great for meat lovers! However the varieties of meat was quite limited, it will be better if there are more grilled seafood or grilled fish variations.

Friendly "chef" who serves us meat with smiles and even explain the cuts to us! The meat kept coming to fill us up, however food is little salty. Overall, the ambience is not too bad. Worth to visit!
