As usual, Beauty in the Pot never fails to satisfy our tummies! Great quality of food, and great service. Can be pricey, but the restaurant often gives out $30 vouchers for use on weekdays between 12 to 4pm which is great!

Highly recommend ordering the beauty collagen soup base, which is their signature item. Great selection of fresh and high quality hotpot ingredients. Highly recommended to satisfy your hotpot cravings!

Was only seated 15 mins past my reservation time - staff was unapologetic about it and did not reassure me that my seats were being prepared. Had to ask twice or thrice to confirm that my reservation was being looked into. Thankfully, the Soup base and food was good. Will need to work on service (feels understaffed).

Good food and exceptional service. Wide variety of food. Only area not so satisfactory is the time restriction to dine within 1.5 hours for our group.

The service is not to the standard as a paradise group and compare to HDL. The food is overall more expensive. Soup base still cannot compare to HDL. App does not show total amount before we place order. It was not a pleasant experience.

Great, the food are fresh and staff service are goo. I had an enjoyable time. I will go again with more friends and family .

Staff need to stop bowing! Makes me uncomfortable. Price is also quite steep, but food is great. We only got a few meat dishes, but added up to about $50/pax.

The Service is normal, expected more but overall experience is good for quiet dining. If you want to just enjoy yourself without someone disturbing you all the time.

Very good service from service staff and cashier. Attentive and responsive. We were surprise d when they bowed after serving us. For birthday celebration, they would come to your table and sing birthday song. Good was delicious and good. Especially the collagen soup and coconut soup. Must try

Food is too pricey. Expect to spend at least $40 per pax for average food. Soup broth is thick & flavourful at first drink but may get too overwhelming at the end.

The collagen soup base was too salty. There was a lack of service (slow and hard to get the staffs’ attention) too although it was just a usual weekday lunch.

spacious place. love the spread. good service by the staff. they kept bowing after they served you. there is a kids' area next to the entrance if i am not wrong.

Been there a few times. I love the bean curb skin and fish tofu. I think they should stop asking the staff to bow. Straining on them and might cause accident.

All-time favourite to-go place for steamboat. Fresh and tasty ingredients and very nice collagen soup and tomato soup. Impeccable service, service staff are very attentive and efficient. Only drawback is the dining time limit.

Always love the food and service. Long term returning customers to their restaurant. Definitely need to reserve way ahead of time for dinner but if for lunch it is ok to walk in
