Good for big group but Expensive for 2 persons. The soup base Price is set at high cost regardless of 2 or 6 people. Overall service good.

Service was bad on that day. My pot was served late and food serving was delayed. waitress shows us attitude and seems not happy. Towards the end the waitress was better.

Food is nice and fresh and it is a great place for the kids to play. The place is highly recommended for families with little kids.

Booking was easy to execute with the timeslots. however, no option for special requests to be made (like sitting away from the kitchen will be good) .

The food is always good, but compared to my last dining experience at the centrepoint branch, I feel the service has gone down. Our server was very sarcastic in her response to our request. And it was very hard to get her attention. This was only the lunch service and they were not as full as the dinner service

Centrepoint branch more spacious but lack of service staff. Have to call for attention most of the time including paying bill where as One KM mall branch staffs are more attentive and initiative. Though overall beauty in the pot service used to be better previously!

the service is very good. waitress will patiently explain how long to cook each dish. quality of food is great and hygienic. restaurant is also thoughtful to provide apron and plastic cover for mobile phones to prevent splatters

We were 2 pax that had the Tomato and Collagen Soup. Both selections were yummy! Staff service was prompt and attentive. Recommended to visit as overall experience was great.

3rd time visiting - service is great as always, quality of food is superb. The only change I would recommend is to keep the tablets clean. Food stains are more evident this time and the surface is a bit oily.

My grandma and mum enjoyed the food immensely. Also pleased with the excellent service, just wished they paid more attention to their operating equipments in the future.

Our personal favourite were the beauty collagen broth and the herbal drunken chicken soup as compared to spicy nourishing broth and vitamin c tomato sweet corn broth. The cheesy chicken ball was nice. We preferred pork and chives dumpling to prawn dumpling as the latter tasted a little ... 'stinky'.

Yummy food (though can be less pricey) , attentive service and nice environment. Staff acceded to our request of a quieter corner. Loved the crushed yuzu to finish up the meal.

This is my third visit and I really love the food and service. The collagen soup is definitely my favorite. Will surely come back again.

The service is really slow. The food takes about half an hr to be served although the restaurant wasn’t fully filled. Hope that they improve the service

i made an online request for a birthday cake (willing to pay) and the staff called to inform there will only be a muffin prepared instead of a cake. Indeed the muffin came but not after a very long wait (around half an hour) after the table was cleared. I could even hear birthday song across another table. As it was meant to be a surprise, I could not inform the staff in front of my friend so I thought to just let her know what I had initially planned. After telling her, the muffin surprise came in 5 mins with some balloons. Even though it was complimentary, I still felt that the staff could have overlook and only realise later. The food is expensive and is only worth going back with different new groups of people who have not tried.

My revisit of this restaurant. As always,,very good service. Very delicious food . Really love it.

Have visited Beauty in a pot many times. It never fail us so far, nice quality food and friendly staff. Celebrated birthday and they offered a cupcake and sing birthday song happily for us.

Love the Beauty Collagen Broth and the Spicy Nourishing Broth. The Ebiko Prawn Paste, Soft Bone Pork Meat Ball and Fried Beancurd Skin are must-order items. The complimentary ice blended pomelo drink is refreshing. Beauty In The Pot is my all time favorite steamboat place to go :)

Great food, as always. Only wrinkle was the payment system was down, and instead of informing us to pay in cash, they let us wait while they tried to fix it.
