Food is good as usual. Queue is long as usual too. Be prepared to wait. Collagen soup is the bomb! Best to go in groups to sample all the food.

We were there on a weekday for lunch so it wasn't crowded and had alot of attention. However, the prices can be adjusted to make it more friendly.

Always pick the double soup combi with collagen and nourishing soup base. Flavourful and not too spicy for the nourishing soup base unlike other mala pots. Fresh food as always too!

The food is nice and the service is excellent. But too pricey for a meal. It would be good if more promotion can be incorporated.

Will visit again, it’s a wonderful experience. The fried bean curd skin is the nicest, goes well with the spicy mala soup broth. Service is very good too. Queue is not as bad as hdl but still have to wait almost 30-1hr

Very good food and great service provided. However, I did not like the idea of the staff rushing us, I understand that they need to turnover for the next timing but still to be rushed through a fulfilling meal was kind of an anti-climax.

good experience, especially with the $30 voucher given. And although it was mentioned in their website that the dining time is limited to 1.5 hours only, we stayed there for almost 3 hours. Probably because it was on weekdays and the Restaurant was also not packed.

Nice gals. Ambience is not as posh as Centrepoint’s sadly. Food is comparable but condiments and fruits don’t look as fresh as what I enjoyed at the other branch in Centrepoint.

Great service and fresh food. Love the fried beancurd roll, and the spicy soup is just nice, not super "ma". Clean and space is not cramp.

Superb dining experience from the pleasant environment, food quality and amazing service. Do note their signature collagen soup is shark base. Booking is required to avoid waiting in the queue.

It was our first time at Beauty in the Pot. Food was excellent. We loved the soups (spicy and collagen) and the service we received was first class. The down side is that we were a tad late because of the traffic getting into Centrepoint. Although the restaurant kept the table for us, Quando cancelled my reservation and deprived me of the bonus 500 points that I was to earn.
