This is one of the many times I’ve been here. I love the soups, the service, also my favourite is the dried bean curd roll which is a must have!

Always amazing. Super tasty soups and still remain my fave hotpot place. Try the collagen soup, tomato soup and their mala as well. The Thai chilli dip is great too.

Floor is dirty and service is not good, very disappointed.

good for gatherings but bad for big groups. we came with 8 and had to split up - double charges for the broth

Service was ok as staff kept checking on us every now and then. Food was not bad. Good for gathering with family and friends. Overall was ok.

Went with friends for weekday lunch. Service was good and ambience was comfortable for gathering. Staff brought us shawls when we felt cold. Will definitely return to the outlet.

The collagen soup base is so good we couldn't stop slurping that up! Food wise, the fried tofu skin (looks like a long roll) stands out. The service is good as well.

I love steamboat and will eat at least once a month. Beauty in the pot definitely my choice when comes to steamboat. The collagen soup is my favourite. The seafood and meat are fresh and has wide selection to choose from.

Pricey but good service and good food. There's a playground catered for young kids and help to distract the kids while the parents are having their food.

Great place for a great catch up with friends. Price is abit on the high side, but food taste wise is good. Atmosphere is good, nice and quiet place, and prompt and great service. Lastly easy to use booking via quandoo

Food overall was ok. Except for the fried dough which is always quite oily at this outlet? Not sure why. Service wise, not as great as onekm mall. I’ve been eating at beauty in a pot since they first opened, this is also the first time the staff forgot to put ice on the tray for the Yuzu drink dessert. Staff are also way too busy to attend to you when you call them, I also see that I am not the only table that gets frustrated when this happens. It feels like they are short-handed compared to the onekm mall branch.

Excellent food and services. See server helps cook some of the food and food is fresh. Only gripe is booking has to be made at least 1 month earlier.

Prices are a bit steep, spent average $50 per person. Collagen soup seemed a bit thinner than usual. Other soups, like their tomato and mushroom soup, were still alright. Try to avoid sitting in a corner as service might be a bit slower.
