Very Good service, very good food and very nice ambience

There’s definitely a great variety of food and lots of choices that will offer something for anything. However, I think the food quality is slightly lacking. For the Shang I had higher expectations. Overall a good experience though.

High standard food quality. Dessert section was great. Small disappointments - lack of work he in the beef fried rice (beef was a little dry and tough). Biryani rice a little bland. Otherwise all other sections were great. Worth repeated visits.

For the price which falls in a slightly higher range, I was expecting a larger variety of food amongst the cuisines you offer. The seafood was alright, but could've been better - the crab legs were small and not very fresh and prawns had a heavy odour around the head. A large room for improvement on the carvings, especially the salmon - was quite tough and a little overcooked. No idea if it is due to the extensive amount of time it was sitting under the 'lamp of death', but the meat was definitely not the best bite. More selections could've been provided in the Sushi section as well, I would have really cheered to some chawanmushi, tempura, and even some teppanyaki. One big leave-out which initiated my dissatisfaction was the absence of live cooking station, which most luxury buffets offer. Shangri-La is considered a luxurious buffet dining restaurant hence I was looking forward to filling my tummy with hot and fresh dishes prepared on-the-spot. A great disappointment for me upon realising there was no live cooking stalls. The food was alright and the ambience was good, just a little slow and inattentive on the service - waited 15 minutes for my water to be refilled and spent 5 minutes hailing a waiter to clear my table after getting more food. All in all, the dining experience was not terrible nor disastrous. Would give a 3/5 rating, but won't be back until it proves to be a meal worth the value I'm paying.

Decent quality foods. The seafood selection is somewhat limited. I must ask why all buffets’ Alaskan king crabs tasted frozen. I know that’s how they are shipped. But common. It is just not worth the effort to peel the meat from the shell.

Nothing new on the foods. Not much changes from my last visit which is a few years back. With that kind of foods, not value for money. Looking for more innovation.

At that price point, the service and quality is lacking. There are far better Sunday brunch options in Singapore.

I LOVE THE LAKSA THERE!! SO GDD!! The variety of food they offer is quite a spread, consisting of different kinds of cuisine. Do try to get an inside seat, have to book super early i think, as the outside seat has birds and flies, especially if you were to leave your seat unattended then they may come and attack ur food.

I went with hubby to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Good service, excellent quality and decent selection of food. Always a top choice for special occasions.

Convenient, Super useful. Instead of going down to the restaurant and queue, we get to secure seats thru the app. Food was delicious as well.

Service is good. We like the cakes and ice cream. Food is normal not very good. The roasted pork & duck are quite tough. Chili crab not very nice.

Slow in replenishing food. The cooks look miserable. Second time we visited The line ... they said ..they run out of Chocolate ice cream at 8 pm!

It was a pleasant experience dining at The Line. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Wei Ming. He went the extra mile to help us, and also found us an additional birthday cake when we wanted 2 and they were just left with 1! Food was great, be it variety or taste. Worth another visit!

Great place, great food.. enjoyed it! Service was great as well. Only thing 'bad' was the location, it was hard to get to without own transport.

Ok but somehow I felt the replenishment of certain items e.g. crabs, cold prawns, tandoori prawns was slow even though it wasn’t full (~ 80% only)

Enjoyable and good food! However, the absence of oysters was a slight disappointment. The complimentary birthday cake for the lady guest was a little surprise. Overall, thumbs up!

Good customer service ! My hubby was very delighted with the birthday cake and song presented to him last night. Only things missing is the oysters which I understand is because it is not fresh. We will recommend the line restaurant and come back again.

Most staffs there were nice. Most of the food were nice and above average. The reservation staff was polite and helpful. It’s a good experience for both of us. Thanks

Buffet spread was quite good and service staff were very attentive and kept refilling water for guests. Kids below 5 gets to eat for free
