The 2nd time come, so nice food, the best seafood, the best service, the best desert

It was a good overall lunch, but the chilli crab meat was not up to standard. This is supposed to be an important dish so for this, so this is why i cannot grade it as great

wide variaty of food however, the customer service was bad for the price paid. slow in clearing plates even though there isnt much crowd. never refill the ice water bottle automatically

The food was not over the moon experience. Some food was okay and some too over cooked. The dessert bar however was a good spread and nice. Not value for money.

Family dinner. Have always liked the food here but as we come regularly, I feel the menu should be revamped more regularly. Service is good though it can get slow when things are busy.

Used to have much more variety of food choices. I couldn't find any oysters.

Nice atmosphere, wide food variety. Price is slightly more expensive compared to other hotel buffet.

There are many varieties international food. Too many that not possible to try all.

Good service, wide array of seafood and they serve the best handcut fries! Desserts were subpar if you’re a connoisseur. Ambiance geared towards families with kids.. not a good choice for a romantic or intimate meal

Nothing great about the place. Only thing recommendable is their waiter by the name of Nelson. Showing passion in his job and being extremely attentive. Good choice quite limited for a Friday night buffet dinner. Spread was quite thin, seafood selection only 4 choices which is quite pathetic. Definitely not worth the value for a Friday dinner.

This used to be one of the better buffets out there but it has dropped tremendously in standards. spread was limited and not worth the expense. hope they will improve. service was good though

Hot dishes were generally cool down by the time they were served. Ordering system didn’t tell us if some items were out of stock and service crew didnot inform us. Spacious seating is good. Crews were attentive.

The food was good. Commendation to staff Dolores for a promt service and warm reception. Staff Nelson was very friendly and warm as well

service was excellent and i would like to highly recognised stacey for providing an excellent service.. i am not able to take sweets and she went through an extra mile and provided alternative as a gift for my birthday.. thank you team!

It was great. However, I did not like the seafood platter as it feels like we're forced to only get the seafood platter if we wanted only oysters.

Food quality is overall pretty good. Service is good but can be better in clearing used plates faster.

Food wasn’t as good as expected, but there was a variety to choose from. Service was great.

During this covid period the food available for selection wasn't alot. Much much lesser than usual but for the same price.. Sometimes they missed out on our orders. There wasn't enough staff on the floor to collect used plates as well.

The place and standard of the servicing are good but the food not that fantastic for that price.

The food lacks quality. Been to The Line several times but this is the first time during covid situation. Service is not as good too. For the price we paid, it is definitely not worth it. Disappointing experience.

It was my first time at The Line after hearing so much rave review. However, I don’t think it was value for money and the service was really disappointing. Due to the covid situation, the buffet item has to be ordered and brought up the table instead of us picking it on our own. We made many orders and couple of times, it was really overlooked and we had to ask again. As for the service, our table were decked with my empty plates as we finished our food, however, the staff were not well trained and attentive to clearing the plates. Plates that were finished not cleared despite staff walking passed... as they were not looking and observant. Don’t think I will ever go back as for a $78++ budget, there are other better hotel buffet.

The food selection is not as good as before I guess due to the covid situation now. So many selections there were before is not available anymore. So it’s abit disappointing. But food quality is still good.
