Pretty decent food. Cute display. Decent hot pot place. Service is standard.

Food wasn’t that fantastic & it’s on the pricier side.

Went for the lobster buffet. OverAll the variety is not huge. The lobsters are nice but lacks a seafood sweetness. The staff and service are good

great place to have hotpot during a cold day. one thing to note is that there isn't half portion available for most items. hence recommended for big families or groups to go. otherwise will not enjoy a variety of food items if only 1-2 pax. around 4 pax would be good.

I like the soups here . Tomato soup is better than other restaurants and they have free ice cream too . Just request for it after your meal .

The tomato soup is thick and is full of flavor and imparts a nice tangy sweetness to the meats. The staff and attentive and friendly which makes the place a good alternative to the usual steamboat places

Experience could be better. Service staff should be more attentive, especially for 1st time diners. Beef slices drape on a plastic doll us rather gimmicky & one wonders if this is a food hygiene violation. However the soup base (hot & spicy mala & wild mushroom) is tasty & should satisfy most palettes.

The poor review may be due to high expectation. The marketing of their products is better than the products themselves. Services was okay though. Standard hotpot diligence. Restaurant was half full but very noisy, lots of shouting from a few tables who looked like regulars so it could be the norm.

Good selection of hotpot ingredients. The soup is nice as well, atmosphere and decor are really impressive. Service is good. But price wise is a bit expensive in my opinion. Would recommend this if you’re craving for steamboat.

The food quality is great and the service staff are attentive to refill your drinks, soup etc. it may not be the cheapest seafood but it is an experience !

3rd visit to this place and love their mala and sauerkraut soup base and wagyu beef!

Soup base was too oily even though we ask for less oil but at the end, we can see a layer of oil floating. Even when we were drinking the soup, we can feel that there is alot of oil. But other than that, food choices were great and there is free flow of desserts and fruits :)

Great food and big proportions given. Only issue is that the signature spicy butter bear felt like a gimmick at the price they were charging

Overall a good experience. Similar to other hot-pots in Singapore in terms of food selections. Portion wise, I would say it’s pretty generous. Most customers would go for the Barbie Wagyu that goes for $38+
