Soup base was too oily even though we ask for less oil but at the end, we can see a layer of oil floating. Even when we were drinking the soup, we can feel that there is alot of oil. But other than that, food choices were great and there is free flow of desserts and fruits :)

Great food and big proportions given. Only issue is that the signature spicy butter bear felt like a gimmick at the price they were charging

Overall a good experience. Similar to other hot-pots in Singapore in terms of food selections. Portion wise, I would say it’s pretty generous. Most customers would go for the Barbie Wagyu that goes for $38+

Attentive service, tasty food, but overpriced (1.90 for plain rice) and there were houseflies flying around.

Good service, good ambience. Overall the food is nice and fresh. Soup base very nice but price very expensive. Must try their mala ice-cream, not spicy at all just the texture with vanilla ice-cream very special and yummy!

Service could have been better. We bought tarts for the birthday dinner and told the waitress to serve the tarts and emphasis that it was for a birthday celebration but how the waitress serve the tarts was to bring open the box and bring the whole box over to our table and ask whose birthday was it for. 🤦🏻‍♀️ thou she eventually did plate it nicely with fruits upon our request to put the tarts in a plate.

Chicken soup base is very tasty, mala soup base is a bit too spicy for me, more spicy than the usual mala. Price is on the higher side. But overall good ambience and place is more spacious

Had a chance to have one of the rooms for the visit. The room was spacious and service staffs was prompt to serve. Food variety is good. Must have will be the "Teddybear" in the Mala Soup and the Premium Wagyu served with the Barbie Doll (Gimmicky, Yes. But Definately fun and very instagrammer (if that's your thing)

The food was good, but there are some ridiculous cost like the dipping sauce ($4/pax 😱😱)1/2 portion for some dishes are also a little steep ($1 difference only)

The spicy mala is the spiciest I've tasted in Singapore, and the pig stomach soup is really milky & yummy as well. The ingredients servings are a tad too small, but overall, it was an satisfying meal :)
