The food are fine but expensive .hope that they do some adjustment
Went there late so no need to queue. Love the private room with a side tea table. Ingredients are fresh.
Yummy yummy. Good tryout. Will come back again soon!!!!!!!! Great
Very good service with wide range of ingredients to choose from. Cosy for gatherings.
Try the 三鲜汤。。 its good... 2nd is the 小熊butter if u don mind the mutton smell you could try this as well
Barbie was mind blowing and delicious!! Would recommend and return!!
Attentive service, tasty food, but overpriced (1.90 for plain rice) and there were houseflies flying around.
Wagyu beef was great. Love their mala hotpot as usual.
Great dishes from Chongching style and no compromise on hotness
Staff were attentive and food was good. Overall a great experience.
food so so , compare to many hotpot not worth the price . Quite disappointed !
It’s too expensive for the food that was delivered. Atmosphere was great though
the management people could be more friendly and if you sat too long, they dont bother to refill your drinks (i remember they just refill 2-3times)
Ingredients were fresh, Taste Great. Waiters were attentive and friendly.
Good service, good ambience. Overall the food is nice and fresh. Soup base very nice but price very expensive. Must try their mala ice-cream, not spicy at all just the texture with vanilla ice-cream very special and yummy!
Great dinner!! The service was great! Very satisfying experience with my friends!
Food is ok. Teddy bear is interesting, but a bit ex just for that. The Mala broth is quite salty.
Excellent food. Best Hot pot we have had in Singapore.
Service could have been better. We bought tarts for the birthday dinner and told the waitress to serve the tarts and emphasis that it was for a birthday celebration but how the waitress serve the tarts was to bring open the box and bring the whole box over to our table and ask whose birthday was it for. 🤦🏻♀️ thou she eventually did plate it nicely with fruits upon our request to put the tarts in a plate.
Chicken soup base is very tasty, mala soup base is a bit too spicy for me, more spicy than the usual mala. Price is on the higher side. But overall good ambience and place is more spacious
Had a chance to have one of the rooms for the visit. The room was spacious and service staffs was prompt to serve. Food variety is good. Must have will be the "Teddybear" in the Mala Soup and the Premium Wagyu served with the Barbie Doll (Gimmicky, Yes. But Definately fun and very instagrammer (if that's your thing)
food was of great quality, awesome service, would go back again
Price and quality considered reasonable. Good service overall. Nice devo
The food was good, but there are some ridiculous cost like the dipping sauce ($4/pax 😱😱)1/2 portion for some dishes are also a little steep ($1 difference only)
Great food and good service. Will definitely be back again.
The food is good, the service is good and the price is good too. Personally I will prefer Spica World Hot Pot than than Hai Di Lao.
Make a reservation from quandoo . Immediately seated and the restaurant have good service. Food overall is good, comparable with hdl. Many type of payment to pay with.
Thanks for the staff for making our dinner possible! We didn’t reserve the mala bear but the staff did a double check with the kitchen and they managed to serve us the bear. Thank you so much :)
not crowded on a tues night and managed to get the teddy bear without pre-order. great place for gathering if want to avoid the crowd.
The spicy mala is the spiciest I've tasted in Singapore, and the pig stomach soup is really milky & yummy as well. The ingredients servings are a tad too small, but overall, it was an satisfying meal :)
Food & service was good. Happy that we chose here for our yearly gathering, a good choice. Will definitely consider to come back again soon.
the mala soup so so. The chicken with pork soup quite nice. Service is excellent and service crews are attentive. Environment not bad. Will try other soup next time
Love their carbonara linguine with aroma of garlic. It's different than those typical carbonara pasta u can get at other places. Definitely worth a try here.
I give high is for the service. Excellent service, especially for the one of the staff, Gracia. She serve us heartwarming and did a great job in helping us. Thank you. As for food, I think it’s ok only. The price abit overpriced, but pay for the good experience and service is still overall ok. Thanks for the group.
Non Chinese doesn't understand what is 猪肚汤。When we said pig stomach soup she mentioned chicken soup. Confusing until the Chinese young came to take order all very well ordered and recommended just good enough for 2 persons. Thanks for your delicious foods with the tasty soups served. We enjoyed fully. Thanks
food and service was good and prompt, the mala broth was spicy and shiok
Food was awesome especially the Barbie doll premium Wagyu beef! Staff was super attentive to the surroundings and helpful. Celebrated my friends birthday as well staff presented a fruit platter for them.
The food & service were excellent. The new soup flavours of Pumpkin/Szechuan were delicious. Don't top up the pumpkin soup/so tasty to drink at the end.
Place is nice. Great ambience to have a steamy hotpot
Very good service, good decoration, nice eating environment All the waitress are very helpful and friendly, prompt reaction to all my requirements, had a great birthday celebration spent here.
Mala spicy and fragrance, nice reno, cool air conditioned for people who perspire upon spicy food. Recommended, must try! Good service, but floor at spice counter is slippery.
Fantastic service, beautiful environment and good food. The price is pretty similar to the haidilao or beauty in a pot. The teddy mala bear is fancy and good for a one time experience. The Barbie beef is great!
Most servers except for a Male waiter (didn't get his name) were slow and inattentive. Food quality wasn't fantastic either, and serving was pretty small.
Trust me. This is the place where one can find the tastiest Mala hotpot. Even better if you do eat frog. The frog meat comes in the spicy broth (mala) and is so tender and goes absolutely well with the broth. This has far superseded Haidilao and Beauty In A Pot imho
The floor was slippery and oily. Didnt know we have to pay for the dipping sauce. Food was yummy and soup was good. Slightly on the pricey side.
overall good..nice ambience except the floor us very slippery which made a little dangerous. hve to walk real slow. service level is good n attentive
Great service and food! There is this teddy bear hotpot soup base which is super adorable!
The food is really good and the presentation of the food was very creative and interesting ... spices have lots of choices 👍👍👍will go again soon with my others friends..
Service was great and the food was good. A must to order the 1-metre long mutton slice and the tomato soup base. You'll definitely get addicted to it!
Offers a good selection of affordable international fare, including craft beers. Provides a much needed respite from the crowd at Suntec City. Recommended. good food
