Really My Go To Place for a great dinning experience

Never once has the restaurant disappoint me. Sashimi is always fresh and taste really great!

Used to be more value for money, but still my go-to for Japanese buffet here

Crowded place. Ok buffet. Can be slow and some orders never arrived.

Bad service. Very disappointed. Will not return unless they have improve on service and value.

First time here, variety is so much more than other similar buffet places. Quality of food is so-so. Servicing needs to improve a lot though.

value for money with fast service. restaurant is huge and you order food using ipad. don't have to wave and wait for waiters/waitresses to notice you. would recommend this for large gatherings as they have private rooms with cosy settings.

Sashimi was great as usual. Menu slightly changed, less variety (the salt/charcoal grilled skewers) but has more cooked food now.

The sashimi was alright although we felt it wasn't cut right (against then grain). Orders were missed and it was confusing over what was still outstanding based on the order platform. Trying to get additional glasses of water (chargeable) never succeeded somehow. The banana fritter was okay although we felt the yakitori and grilled items were slightly below par. Staff are eager and try their best to please with politeness.

food serving was fast, quite a wide variety, however the quality of the buffet seems to have dropped a bit compared to what we had eaten a few years ago. The tablet pc ordering was more convenient than paper order in our previous visit. Also not happy that we can not pay using Amex card for this restaurant.

Food is excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Had a wonderful dinner with family. Will recommend friend to have dinner over at shin minori too.

What I love about this buffet is that the size of the serving can be very small. This gives me the opportunity to order many different delightful dishes. Good job!

Service was prompt, like their change of using e-menu instead of using the paper menu for ordering, saves paper and Al my orders get served to me. In the past, some orders I put in using paper tends to get lost and I have to reorder.

I had a fantastic lunch buffet. The sashimi was fresh, generous thick cut salmon. Favorite got to be their maki, various creative combinations. Takoyaki spread was delicious too. Love the tofu with the sweet sauce. I have had 3 buffets with Shin Minori and I am already planning for the fourth. Only suggestion would be getting a better quality green tea...

It was a great experience, me and my friends were seated with absolutely no waiting time at all. And the staff were all very pleasant. We enjoyed our dinner very much.
