Getting the window tables will be better for dinner but lunch/noon tea, my preference will be inner tables. Less glare from the sun.

Service staff was thoughtful and therefore enhanced our experience at the restaurant.

Service great but food (in particular the quail appetizer which was dry) disappointing. We will not be in a hurry to go back for dinner any time soon. Restaurant too dark - have to use torch light to read menu.

Lovely service. When we tried to over orderd the waitress very gently put us straight. Great views. Fab food, the tapas are generous. The Barramundi for two was excellent.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinning experience. Had the set menu as it features most of the signature dishes. Overall food quality was excellent in terms of taste and presentation. the snapper dish was the only disappointment, had a very fishy taste to it. the experience was enhanced by the WOW package which my date and myself totally enjoyed. Service not too bad but could be better had the waiting staff be more alert and knowledgeable with the food and perks the restaurant provides.

View is great but service is very mediocre and lacks attention to details. Food was way below our expectations considering the price it charges. My wife and I are highly sensitive to MSG and we felt terrible shortly after the brunch; it can only mean they use MSG in their food?!! You can be sure we will not return to this restaurant!

Pleasant experience and venue to celebrate our anniversary! Waiters were alert, friendly and approachable. Food served was awesome, Our waiter, Alvin, was very attentive and we knew we could just relax and enjoy the evening.

Was there with my wife for their executive lunch set and their 300 days grain fed Sirloin was simply marvelous. Overall, great food but could do better with a bit more space between tables.

Excellent birthday dinner with fantastic food and fantastic service. The view is great and the 'Wow package' was worth it for that little extra for my wife. Food is pricey, but you expect that for the location, and in any event it was well worth it with all being satisfied once done.

Good location, good service, but food is not good - dishes were not tasty at all, very bland and it seemed like the Chef tried too hard. Only good thing is the view, but if you want great food, this is not the place. Equinox is much better, especially for that price.

I really love the service standard of the staff, very friendly, attentive and helpful (except one male staff who looks unapproachable). They are also knowledgeable of the menu, no question about that. The view is beautiful and I would definitely recommend my friends and even come back here to try some of the brunch/main course menu. Great service and delicious meal. Unfortunately, the lift was shut down (mechanical issues), so we had to "kill" time while waiting for it to get repaired. Otherwise, it was a very nice evening.

Great Food, Great View, Great Service sums up the whole experience at Salt Grill & Sky Bar. I went there for lunch thus had a great view of Singapore. Had the executive lunch set - loved the kingfish sashimi entree. It was delicious! One of the best truffles fries i have had. The beef main course was cooked nicely as well and so was the red wine sauce that came with it.

This is the second time I have been here. Everything I have ordered has been delicious and the service is excellent.

The taste of steak is fantastic, and the staffs are all friendly. But I really dont like the bread before maincourse, it's too hard to split.

We are impressed with the location and the service. Upon reservation through Quandoo, I received an email confirmation from the restaurant and I also received a call from their staff. This I find good and efficient as well. We were given the table by the window which I appreciate as the view is fantastic. The staff from the 4th floor (of Ion) to the actual venue were nice and friendly. One of the staff, upon hearing my mom and I speak in Cantonese, helped us and quickly shifted to speaking Cantonese to answer our queries. The orders came on time and the food (we had high tea) were also filling, tasty and nicely served. I look forward to trying their dinner menu some other time.

The environment fantastic good, well, the service is also nice. However, hope some of the waiter and waitress learn how to smile and make guest feel they are welcomed.

This is my second visits to Salt Grill & Sky Bar, I like their friendly customer service, ambient environment plus the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Fantastic view of the Singapore city skyline from 55 floors, the food and service were amazing as well. Highly recommend the degustation menu, which featured fresh seasonal produce from around the world. All that with an Australian twist. Also, their cocktails are wonderful as well!

The food is average. Nothing to shout about. We are seated on the upper floor where the whole row of tables are directly under the air con vent. This cause the food to turn cold rather quickly after it was served.
