Both the food and service were delightful. It was authentic Italian food at its finest. Highly recommended for a dinner date for two, birthday treats or a cozy family get together.

Ambiance is cozy and nice. Staff are friendly. food is acceptable for family.

This restaurant has been around for many years. Nice ambience and food is good. It’s very crowded even on weekdays dinner and a bit hard to get their attention. Nonetheless they are courteous and helpful

The sauce for the scallop antipasti and the consistency and flavour of the squid ink spaghetti go surprisingly well together. It would be wonderful if the kitchen were able to whip up a dish with these 2 things combined

Food is good but they ought to be truthful about the usage of vouchers e.g. Burpple. They made quite a number of reasons like fully booked, having an event to not accept it. This is when I even have a valid and confirmed booking. They should have stated up front that they do not accept friday/weekends and not to churn out any reasons that would shoot themselves in the foot. Disappointed.

A really chill restaurant with a good atmosphere and wide selection of pastas.

It used to be better, we loved it everytime we are here. I don’t remember we always serve with bread, now you need to pay for a fee. The lava cake sunk in which should not be acceptable in such a renowned Italian restaurant.

Food was good, however service was not too good - the moment we finished our food, the plates were cleared and subtle hints from the waiters that we should leave, even though we have only been in the restaurant for less than an hour, and there were tables that were there way before us, able to stay seated and chat even with just a glass of water before them. However, one good point is that food serving time was fast and prompt, and all 4 of us were served at the same time, just like how it is done in Italy (:

The price point here would be considered mid-tier as you're expected to pay more than $20 for pasta. But the service here is really quite bad. One of the male staff got our order wrong but he kept insisting that he had repeated his order to us and that we confirmed it (no such thing happened). There was also no apology from him and the floor manager had to apologize on his behalf. That same night, he also messed up another table's dinner. This is also the only restaurant I've been to that serves you a bread basket with only 2 pcs of bread (1 for each diner) hahahah. If you're actually not generous, then don't serve it at all. If you decide to serve bread then perhaps give at least 2 per pax? Food is alright but wouldn't come back again - nothing really special since the service spoilt the experience.

Interior design was pretty romantic. Food tasted great, and was good value given the competitive pricing and adequate portion sizes. Service seemed slightly overwhelmed by the amount of business, but did not affect me too much.

Need some effort in getting the attention of their wait staff. They tend to focus more attention in welcome patrons than to attend to existing customers.

We had an enjoyable birthday dinner. Food was good , service was good . Maybe if they can be more attentive when we call for service, need to wait awhile to catch them. Otherwise overall is comfortable dining experience.

We reserved a lava cake weeks ago, I called in yesterday to check if it was prepared. The lady who answered confirmed they had resevered a lava cake for my fren bday. when we had our dinner yesterday. The waiter was not aware of the reservation. So we placed our order for the cake, however it was not served after about 20min. All the other tables were served desserts during tt period. So we asked for the bill after waiting so long and found they sti charge us for the lava cake without serving us. We told them to remove it and the server came to check if we are fine with tiramisu instead without explaining anything. Service was slow and server cannot understand English. Food was ok, not worth the price.

Many restrictions for Burpple Beyond. Slow service, food was not as great as reviews either.

Perhaps it was really busy that day but service wasn't like before and slow. Most of the tables were very noisy and it's hard to have a good meal. garlic bread served was burnt and returned by shaving it off . Wasn't satisfied and embarrassed to bring my date after singing praises for good food. Need to improve service and attentive to dinners even small tables and also standard of food delivered to tables. The experience was indeed unpleasant .

I got the Pasta with Scallops and Prawn in Saffron Cream Sauce. The saffron cream sauce was well executed and novel, but they were incredibly stingy with the prawns and scallops. Got a grand total of 1 scallop, chopped into 3 pieces, and 3/4 prawns. Not even large sized, just regular prawns. Disappointing.

Superb pasta and great ambience! Rmb to get the gambas for starters.

Disappointed. For the price of a fine dining restaurant you get a below average food. Risotto overcooked, parmigiana was average, service not satisfying..it use to be a different restaurant in the past. Disappointed.

Overall a very pleasent experience, nice ambiance and food. Will like to visit again to try other food items.

Pasta is hard in terms of texture and squid ink is a bit salty. Bread as hard as rock Chop fruit salads no much of sauces taste but just all the raw fruit taste Tiramisu was ok, hubby say nice. A bit warm in the restaurant

We had the stracci with saffron cream and scallops. The seafood was bland, sauce too liquid, saffron taste not strong. At the end of the day we should have gone somewhere else.

Service wasn't as good as it used to be. The scallops appetizer still da bomb!

1) Prefer to have more than 1 washroom for female. 2) Change new crayon, some crayon colours is not obvious when I try to write n draw
