Delicious food. We had the menu for 4 pax with 3 crabs. I loved the chili crab. That wasn't my last time at Momma Kong's.

Food taste good my overseas friend love it. Need improvement on the way food is being serve especially the main dish crab had order black pepper, chillies & peranakan the order it being serve is not correct. And small detail such as replacing the plates when it full of crabs shell

I ordered the set menu for 2, chili and steam crabs. Food is tasty but the chili crab is not spicy enough. Service is good.

The butter crab ($48 flat rate) was excellent and goes great with the buns (go for the fried buns! they were crispy and soft in all the right ways). The crab bee hoon soup was average; I wouldn't order it again. We ordered the single portion ($25) as an add-on and felt that that didn't live up to the price tag. Service was good.

Fantastically fresh crab, everything else is a pretty good accompaniment, but the winners are really the steamed crab - with XO and the crab bee hoon. Would definitely recommend for crab lovers.

Super tasty crabs (try the butter one) and the fried mantou are perfect to mop up all the sauce and crab fat! The service is also very attentive and friendly. For the price, I don't think this place can be beat.

Great food, great services. Just that a bit pricey. Favourite is crab bee hoon... the soup base is yummy. Will definitely visit again. Value for money.

Order Take away the chili crabs.given a small crab and watery meat.cost of ordering a crab take away $48.shouldnt have packet away any crab back home.

Overall the food was decent (black pepper crab and fried rice were the winners) and price was reasonable. A seafood dinner option for those who prefer eating crabs in air con and with craft beer.

Fantastic food and service. A great place to take friends who want to try authentic SG crab of all varieties. Make sure you order the fried man tou to mop up every last drop of finger licking good crab gravy.

Nothing to complain about, really. Reasonable price, good food, good service, good ambience. The bun was pretty good. We ordered chilli crab, which was nice. My girlfriend did not quite like it, thinking it was a bit bland. It was just nice for me though, to bring out the original taste of the crab.

Great Food! Awesome Staff! This was our first experience with Chili Crab and my daughter and I loved it. The staff made us feel welcome and assured us it was supposed to be a messy experience! I would definitely go back!

We went dinner to Momma Kong’s Restaurant on May 28 at 34 Mosque Street, we ordered crab/squid/prawn/mantou/Kang Kong and a glass of beer. The Sambai Kang Kong was far too salty which is inedible, the dish was 80% left untouched. We asked them to take it out from the bill, but being ignored, they charged us full for the Kang Kong without apology, nor any gesture of replacement . The Kang Kong only cost me S$12.00, it is not a matter of money, but I do not think this is the proper way to treat a consumer. Agree?

The peppered crab was excellent. We had the dinner for two which offers mantou, two sides, and deserts, along with your choice of two types of crab. Great price for the quantity and quality of food.

Very friendly & helpful staffs! Cozy environment different from other seafood restaurants, nice food too esp. the CRABS (=@_@=) Yums... Nice place to visit, pricing are reasonable too!

Good. The service could have been a bit nicer this time. Crab is always good. More choice for veggies would be welcome. Menu for 2 has changed to add ice cream in a pot, not bad but one you can buy from the supermarket.

food was great! the crabs were really fresh, and I could peel the shell off the crab leg easily, unless in other restaurants. the fried mantou was really nice looking, and tasted great too.

Food fine very, very good. Staff helpful but young and a bit silly. One realizes from which generation they come and the constraints of wages.....however, encouraging a professional demeanor can't be amiss.

Reliable crab! Not the cheapest beers in Singapore, but overall a good experience. We regularly visit eacerytine we come over from Australia. Thanks Momms Kong's!!

We ordered the set meal for 2, consisting of white pepper crab, butter crab, grilled squid, stir fried dou miao and mantou. Although the crabs weren't very big at 650g, they were very meaty and fresh, However we did not like the white pepper version as it tasted slightly pungent. The squid was cooked nicely, chewy and not too rubbery. We preferred the fried mantou to the steamed one as it offered more dimension being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

The portion was too small. But the experience was great. Asked them to help us with a photo and they ended up printing one photo for us too :)

Food is generally good and the portions for the set is very large. Strongly recommended.

Delicious - messy and fun. Everything a Singapore chili crab experience should be. The hosts are engaging and welcoming - the photo op was clever and the giveaway print at the end is a very smart surprise. Most importantly - the food is outstanding - fresh, well prepared and yummy. I have co-workers coming into town and I hope to bring them all to Momma Kong's - it should not be missed on a visit here.

Came here through recommendation by a friend. Tried the set for 2 with a pax of 3 - butter crab, chilli crab, grilled squid, and kangkong. The food was more than sufficient for the three of us. really loved the butter crab. the kangkong could be a little spicier. Otherwise, great food, great ambience, lovely service.

The food is not as good as I expected. I still prefer no signboard crabs as well. Anyway a nice place in the china town.

We had wanted to try the Perankan style, but it was not available on the day of my visit. Although the staff was very prompt to recommend us the Black Pepper Crab, we decided to try the Butter Crab instead. True enough, we were a bit disappointed upon the arrival of the dish. Firstly, the crab was a tat too small in size. Secondly, it was not as flavorful as we have expected. However, the bbq stingray was good! Last but not least, eatery should highlight that the appetize they are serving (peanuts) are not complimentary and is chargeable.

The shop interior is pretty small. We had the crab porridge and bee hoon. The crab bee hoon soup was great,would definitely go back again.

4th time back at this restaurant and the foos and service of the staffs never fails to amaze! Must try the crab beehoon and belachan Ikans

Very very good! This was my first crab and was very very tasty! Price is a bit high but the food is eccellente ad the service. Reccommended
