Service was fast and efficient. The ambiance was really good at well, definitely conducive for talking to friends. The portions were huge for the meal I ordered.

Decent food but good service. would only go back if I was craving for pork or goulash. service staff were attentive and offered to take photo for me and my guest

Good ambience but downside is limited food selection & that we can't bring cakes from outside for birthday celebration which I think is important especially for gatherings

If you're looking for an Austrian food experience, this is the place to go. The veal Wiener schnitzel is a dish I could recommend, it's with a pear and blueberries.

the service is great. It would be better to order the main course for each pax and share so you won't feel that much of the same dish.

Very nice authentic and tasty food. The service was perfect. We had typical Austrian dishes which tasted exactly how they should, but also the fish pot was fantastic. Last but not least the beer is very good and if come before 8 you can enjoy it at reasonable price

Lovely ambiance and fabulous food! The staff are friendly and helpful, and able to offer recommendations and advice when asked. The chef came out to meet and greet the customers. So it turns out that the food is Austrian with German influence, not German as we'd originally thought. We ordered the sharing platter for 2 + the gourmet beef for 1, and dessert to share. That was enough for 3 adults and a (hungry) 10-year old. I'd definitely go back again soon!

Good food and nice place. Traditional dishes from European kitchens: Hungarian, Austrian. Original beer but not many choices. Will for sure recommend to visit and planing to return again.

Thanks Kaiserhaus for giving us a wonderful evening with awesome food and warm service! It was interesting to experience Austrian food culture especially when seeing Sissi on the menu and reading an instruction of how to eat Tafelspitz. Food is the single great unifier across cultures!

Good service, attentive to customer even though at times might be a but short on staff, but thats normal anywhere. Great food. The chocolate drink is thick and they dont skimp on flavor. U get what u pay for.

Have been there many time and the food is always great. As a German I can say it's authentic Austrian food and we will always come back!

What differentiates Kaiserhaus from the others is the personable and impeccable service from the friendly staff who seem to truly enjoy serving patrons and recommending delectable Austrian cuisine.

Great place for lunch & dinner. Fantastic, high quality food and very authentic. We had the Adriatic Salad and the Wiener Schnitzel. Value for money.

Good and attentive service. The platter is good especially the chicken. price is worth for the good ambience and desserts. Go for the raspberry truffle cake!

Good ambience with very little crowd. Food was excellent, highly recommend their signature beef gourmet. Works even with the entertainer app. Hope u enjoy it as much as i did!

Food was average, the octopus starter was very small but the mains were ok in size, service was on the poor side, meals came and went at different times..

Good location, decent deco, nice place to have lunch or dinner with family or friends. Run of the mill. Food is delicious well portioned, although overly expensive, 25% more than one would expect. Understandable. Likely because of the new renovation and landlord quest to recover costs.

Great atmosphere and authentic cuisine. It was a real treat and the whole vibe of the restaurant suited our night. Make sure you leave room for dessert.

Service and ambience are very good. Food is nice (especially gourmet beef is a must try)! Everything is fine except for one small defect is that we told the server to take away the leftover (gourmet beef with the spinach and potatoes) but he didn't hear and threw away all. We got 4 slices of beef not yet finished. However, he made some efforts to ask the cook to prepare a small bowl of fresh gourmet beef for us.

Superb food and excellence services rendered by the staff. Ambiance is conducive for post work stress! Can taste that the food is of good quality. Money worth spending!

Great Schnitzel, our Son wolfed it down. Pleasant atmosphere and many homesick expats eating there. Nice indoor plaza location and central for getting there. Recommended.

Service staff was excellent... Ordered pork crackling and it was good... The fried chicken was so so, could do better if the sides served were the same as the pork crackling...

Service was prompt, good and friendly. The food was quite nice as well and we enjoyed it. We think the environment is very nice as well :)

This is an OK but not great restaurant in all aspects. I found the food, service and ambiance all reasonable but unless you are a really big fan of Austrian food you will probably find the experience OK but not rush to go back

Attentive staff and a wide array of dishes to choose from. The veal ragout was really delicious and a must try. Really worth a visit

Good selection of menu and food is delish. Second visit here and like the nice ambience and pretty good service. Overall wonderful experience, have a good time. Highly recommended for dinner and friends gathering.

Food was average only ; would not come again. We had the veal and beef. Veal was a big disappointment while the beef fared slightly better

We love this place and pretty much everything on their menu. My husband is Austrian and very much appreciates to have a little taste of home every now and then. Kaiserhaus is theperfect place for that. Can only recommend it!

The food was excellent. The service was very quick and attentive. We enjoyed a starter, main and dessert. If you like Austrian food then Kaiserhaus is a good choice.

Excellent service, good food but they use this stupid booking system Qandoo that constantly sending me spam. I suggest you not to make reservation through this system, it's not difficult to find tables there.

Relatively big servings for the main course and affordable price. They have the best roast pork I hadn't tasted for quite some time. Really like the dark beer in its happy-hour twin beer with side dish promo. Overall great experience!

Good quiet place to chat.. Food was decent, beer is pretty awesome and not your garden variety type of beer. Didn't try the desserts though

I was so happy to find a restaurant that was even better than the pictures! The food was very good. Good quality ingredients. You could tell a lot of effort and care went into the menu, the food and the whole experience. I will defiantly be coming back for either a high tea, some drinks or family meal. Well done guys!

Very quiet place,staff was kind, everything was so good! Especially the chocolate cake was so delicious! Tea set was very reasonable, it worth to try!

We had a very pleasant experience at the restaurant celebrating my dad's birthday. There was a slight hiccup with the food served but the chef and crew made it up by their wonderful service recovery. My dad was very pleased and said it was one of his best meal in a while. Good job, Kaiserhaus!

Excellent location and food. I really enjoyed the ambience and the view from my patio seat. With the Entertainer app, the food was value for money and I especially liked the organic sandwiches and beer happy hour package.

Nice location, not very cosy, very friendly service, food and prices were ok. Next time I'll try the high tea... I made a reservation for 10.30am for lunch. That's definitely to early for lunch - no book g before 12am recommended.

The waiters and waitresses were knowledgeable and attentive. Nice experience! The food was unique and the portion was reasonable. When they heard that there was a birthday, they arranged a mini celebration.

Had weekday lunch at Kaiserhaus & the restaurant is relatively packed but service was attentive & good still. The place has great ambience & food was quite good. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the Bohemian Meat Dumplings (European style) was. The Viennese Crispy Chicken was tender & well breaded but it would be even better if it was juicer. The Veal Schnitzel was well breaded & relatively tender but find it a little dry but otherwise acceptable still. It was a good experience overall!

Good service, loved the ambiance and the goulash was absolutely awesome as per my husband. Serving size decent for the price and would definitely be repeating.

Had the pork schnitzel and Viennese goulash. The accompanying bread dumplings were delicious. We were given a balcony seat and the view of the piazza below was great. Props to the friendly team for making my visit so enjoyable!

Service was good. Food was good. This was my second time there. The first time was to try the high-tea for two which was very good value for money.

The food was lovely and delicious! The ambience was suitable for a family gathering or a date. What I was most impressed by was the service by the staff. They called to confirm my reservation and to inform me that the Entertainer App could not be used a day before the public holiday. During the service, they were very hospitable and attended to us with politeness! I will certainly patronise the place again!

Surprised to find this gem of a place. Don't think you can find Austrian food anywhere else. Though, the place feels grand at the Capitol, the price is not exhorbitant.
