Am a regular here. Service is impeccable! Can consider coming during off peak hours so that the booking is confirmed. Otherwise, peak hours booking is only placed as priority and still need to queue and wait.

Can I please feedback on the staff’s attitude? We were there at around 6.15pm and were led to our table by a young male Chinese staff( not wearing spectacles). He has the worst service I’ve ever seen in all of my 50 over visits to Hai di lao. He led us to a table but we later requested to get the sofa seat so that my young daughter don’t have to sit in the baby chair. He literally rolled his eyes in front of us. So rude

As usual, great service and good food. Managed to get a confirmed booking at 630pm; any later timing will only be priority queue which needs to queue and wait.
