Quality of food and service seem to have dropped a little. Overall, still consider an acceptable experience.

The service at Haidilao was exceeded expectations. Would patronise again soon!

Easy to make reservations. Arrived earlier than selected time and waited for a short while

No one can really fault HDL for being the premier hotpot restaurant on Singapore with stellar service and staff who are always eager to please.

Abit disappointed with the service compare to other outlets I tried (eg. JCube(best but due to redevelopment, outlet closed), Jurong Point, IMM).

Overall is normal. Just like how the rest of the haidilao serve.

So far so good. Waiting time is crazy. Take q number in advance also need to wait for an hour. Hope they can improve on this.

The waitress did not ask for my opinion before serving the birthday fruits plate. Also the table was not clean when serving the birthday fruits plate.

The service there was pretty bad, we had to do it ourselves and even in front of the staffs but they also doesn’t seems to care😅

Waited for about 30 mins past booking time. Staff did not ask if we needed apron or shawl, but all were generally polite and attentive. Hotpot and food items were served shortly after ordering. Food quality was great as usual, but some portions were too small for the high prices. Slightly noisy, difficult to converse with friend and staff, but temperature was comfortable. Overall, an enjoyable dinner.

Made the reservation but was running late cause of work. Thought that I would have to queue as per normal but alas it was just a 5 mins wait and they brought us in to the next available table. Happy with the service and attentiveness too. Food was the usual standard too. Super glad that there was no need to wait too long.

Typical HDL restaurant so it gets noisy but service is still relatively okay. Came during lunch and it was quite cold despite having a bit of crowd. Not full house.
