The service was fantastic. Food served was fresh. That said, I think the price is a little too high for hot pot.

Restaurant was understaffed and one staff had to attend to 5 big tables. Staff was so busy that we were not served any water.

the reservation/priority queue function is great! 6pm on a weekday, and the restaurant is pretty empty. fills up at about 630 onwards.

关爽姐 has been very attentive and prompt to my needs!!! thumbs up to her service and her friendliness!! I like their century egg porridge with large chunks of century egg!! My mum always said that from the porridge on the condiment station, one can tell how much effort the staff put in to prepare the side dishes on the condiment station!! It is not complicated, but even something as simple as cooking a pot of porridge has its nuances!

Once again my favourite outlet for HDL. always use quandoo to book in advance and you don't have to wait for your turn. Service as always a top notch even though the whole outlet is very busy!

Paya Lebar Quarters is the best branch among all the numerous outlets in SG. always quality service and food seems to taste better here! #2 will be Novena branch!

Reached at 6.50pm for 7pm reservation but was told the waiting time is 1 to 1.5hr. For those who are reserving, please note that they only start counting when you are there (irregardless of the reservation time you made)

We had a table earlier than reservation time, even though I had requested for 2 additional seats. However, table was too small and too near other tables, so it was rather noisy. There were new soup base and food items to try out, which turned out great! Service was a bit slow and was hard to get attention of staff at times. Overall dining experience was satisfactory.
