Customer service very good. Food on the pricey side but pleasant experience

Paya Lebar Quarters is the best branch among all the numerous outlets in SG. always quality service and food seems to taste better here! #2 will be Novena branch!

Reached at 6.50pm for 7pm reservation but was told the waiting time is 1 to 1.5hr. For those who are reserving, please note that they only start counting when you are there (irregardless of the reservation time you made)

We had a table earlier than reservation time, even though I had requested for 2 additional seats. However, table was too small and too near other tables, so it was rather noisy. There were new soup base and food items to try out, which turned out great! Service was a bit slow and was hard to get attention of staff at times. Overall dining experience was satisfactory.

The food was very fresh with good sources of ingredients. Customer service was excellent. But since the booking was at peak hours, we got to wait another 40mins before we got our table, despite we got booking.

Its very noisy on the specific day, not sure why. I guess alot of people celebrating birthdays and they turned on the speakers too loud, but overall service is still good.
